What do you like best about Ease?
The step-by-step instructions for our employees take the guesswork out of signing up for benefits. We used to use our payroll system to run open enrollment, and we had many confused employees. We implemented Ease last year, and it has saved us hours of work, and it's incredibly user-friendly for our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is a great place for employees to be able to enroll in their benefits online and compare plans/costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could CC office managers/department supervisors on emails sent out to specific individuals when sending reminder emails about completing online enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
I like that EASE is user-friendly and quick to learn if you are teaching others. You are able to talk employees through the steps over the phone, even if they are not computer savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
EASE will ask for notes or comments on why changes are made, but it is not readily available on the profile; instead, you must run a report. Also I feel that the payroll deductions could be its own tab rather than a report every time you want to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
It's very user-friendly and so easy to use for benefits enrollment and administration. I like being able to easily see how much my benefits coverages will cost, and enroll in them with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
For the most part, how to navigate the site is self-explanatory. But I did have to search to find where to click to go from one benefit plan to another, like from medical to dental to life insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that our software cannot automatically transfer it to our setups. That is more of an issue with our outdated software and not Ease Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
