What do you dislike about Ease?

Some items seem to be very touchy. For example if you make a change it does not always carryover. Also it is frustrating that term forms do not populate for groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is great for group to enroll. Much easier for employers to show the rates and get deductions for small group age-banded rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is in one place for the employees. And various documents can be added for employee review/acknowledgement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Most insurance carriers are NOT on direct integration so there is many man hours processing service work- adding/deleting employees from plans.

It is very time intensive uploading groups to Ease if they have multiple lines of coverage and larger employee groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The simple way things are done, easy to follow. To complete enrollment for employee benefits is one of the easiest that I have had to deal with. Also, the integration with the ancillary carriers is nice when things are working properly and we don't have a disconnect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The changes to the system with out letting us know. When you are doing the integration with some of the insurance carriers and the payroll companies can be very cumbersome at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

The Ease platform has been a blessing and has made our job easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

To enroll clients quickly and smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Easy access for employers, employees, and brokers

Checklist access to the list of changes made by employers/employees.

There are plenty of resources for new users.

Employees are able to use the Ease app as a all-in-one resource for their benefits

Ability to manually input plans, especially convenient for 100+ groups that may have custom benefits set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Reports can only be generated in CSV-styles

There is a bit of a learning curve in the system, especially for employers

Employees need to take a picture of physical ID cards, but are not able to upload downloaded copies of ID's (e-copies)

Direct-to-carrier connections are limited to ancillary products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Like everything else, learning through reading manuals and how-to's for Ease is fine, but until you have a hands-on experience, you won't know what parts are convenient, what requires a learning curve. Try implementing for smaller groups (10-ish employees) before moving onto bigger groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee access to benefits are real-time, so they rarely turn to HR for simple Q's.

HR's of companies that use ease are able to use a secure platform to store employee benefit data.

This drastically cuts the communication by HR & broker to specific Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is a simple system with lots of integrations that make processes simpler. We love that the cost for the platform is very low and it integrates with our insurance carriers and payroll platform. This significantly reduces the amount of administrative time spent on benefits and payroll administration, allowing our teams to focus on strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

We dislike the tools for signatures of documents, you cannot actually download signed versions of documents, just a report that says the document has been signed by your employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

This tool may not be as effective for larger corporations as it does require a lot of work to access implementations and may not include everything you need. We still use a payroll system in conjunction with Ease but primarily use Ease to function as our benefits administration and employee access portal. We do not use timekeeping functions through the Ease platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We love that it integrates with our insurance carriers and payroll platform. This significantly reduces the amount of administrative time spent as well as the margin for error when manually keying data into multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
