What do you like best about Emailgistics?

What do you dislike about Emailgistics?

I would like to see an option to share rules, or defined keywords, across multiple shared inboxes. Also would like to see an option to fully close a folder - i.e., another user is prevented from assigning a message to a closed folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emailgistics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves one large problem of having too many systems and websites to work for a user to work in, we're already using Outlook to manage email so emailgistics for a shared inbox fills a great void.

Being able to ensure emails are automatically assigned where we want them to be, and gives us message tracing, is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emailgistics?

Microsoft 365 does lack insight and team management. Emailgistics can offer you productivity for shared email boxes. I look at the internal comment feature and load distribution for increase team collaboration.

What do you dislike about Emailgistics?

This tool is only for a particular niche which is Microsoft 365 and outlook. Should expand the explore to G suite and others which can help them and the masses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
