I also like the fact that I can create custom instances; the storage space it provides allows you to import data from different devices (phones, laptops, computers, etc.), which is handy because it prevents your system from slowing down and gives you access to your data whenever you need it. There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte, but we would like to see more ala carte features available to all plans.
We would also like more granular roles and permissions for our technical team to perform specific tasks like cold storage recovery without having access to sensitive data.
