We use Egnyte to transfer files securely from our company to an HR vendor. We love how easy it is to upload files to share, see historic files, and view changes to the documents in real time. It's very nice knowing you can get notified of a new document and know that the documents shared in the folders will be visible to all parties right away. Also, we work with many projects with this vendor so we love being able to use one login for both. If you have a system with a great full-trail audit in them it's even better, so we love it. Quick responses and technical expertise when something pops up that you cannont figure out. I also like that people proactively reaach out after we have attended Eqnyte Webinars to provide further information along with answering questions to detemrine where else they can help us. There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte, but we would like to see more ala carte features available to all plans.
We would also like more granular roles and permissions for our technical team to perform specific tasks like cold storage recovery without having access to sensitive data.

Its large storage capacity is one of its most notable features, but what's even better is that it automatically organizes the information it stores. I also like the fact that I can create custom instances; the storage space it provides allows you to import data from different devices (phones, laptops, computers, etc.), which is handy because it prevents your system from slowing down and gives you access to your data whenever you need it.
