What do you like best about Duel?

Always there to answer any questions i have had, and always keen to give great insights to the programme and how we can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duel?

There have been some technical glitches with some mission submissions that we are still working on, as its hard to pin down how these are affecting our advocates (but i totally understand that duel are working on this) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

I like the gamification Duel provides. The ability to create different activities for your customers and how you can have the content they upload all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duel?

I don't like the lack of easy customization. It should be much easier to add photos in each activity and organize each format. Also, the inability to do other activities well like quizzes or surveys.

In general, there is a lot of room for improvement in the user experience and visual aspect of Duel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

Duel is superior to competitors for several reasons. First, the technology is an all-in-one solution. (Previously, I had a sales platform, a separate education platform, and a separate community platform.) Ambassadors have one single login. Second, the platform allows for multiple levels of engagement--from curious customers to superfans. There's something for everyone. Last, the Duel system is so user friend, and the Duel team is responsive and best-in-class. Implementation is so simple and intuitive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

Duel allows us to faciliate content creation with micro influencers at scale. We have regular catch ups with Customer Success who feel like an extension of our team. Any bugs that are raised with support are quickly resolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duel?

The reporting capabilities of Duel are not up to standard when comparing with similar platforms/ social listening tools, however I'm aware this a product update that the team have been working on. The platform can be glitchy/ clunky e.g. can't download video content, set up of social challenges require multiple 'work arounds'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

What do you like best about Duel?

What do you like best about Duel?

We are almost 1 year in, and still finding new features with Duel that we can implement to grow our community. Our members find it very valuable, and we are gaining revenue, reach, content and brand awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some tech issues at the start, growing pains include issues with promo codes outwith UK, tech bugs in some missions, etc. The team are helpful and on it though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

Lack of elevation on the customer facing program. It isn't exciting and is quite clunky when it comes to custom css but Duel are always onhand to advise where/how improvement can be made Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duel?

It would be great if there was more tools to help identify new customer data. Wish there were easier ways to look at individuals performances month on month rather than downloading everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
