A place where DSD Business Systems can do better is on how steep the learning curve is for some of its more sophisticated functionalities that tend to be tough to understand. What problems is DSD Business Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speaking of inventory management, DSD helped us streamline our processes for inventory management through Acumatica which made it possible for automated tracking and reduced manual errors. Consequently, the accuracy of our reports about stocks improved while time wastage was minimized.

On top of that, DSD’s specialization in Sage Intacct allowed us to get real-time financial insights which facilitate decision making. What do you like best about DSD Business Systems?

Initially, they were great but in the end they were terrible. When we asked for help we didn't get it and we were pushed off time and time again as though our concerns were not valid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DSD Business Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

We committed to Acumatica with DSD. After months and months of training and work, we were dropped and failed to get past the point of no return.
