When we asked for help we didn't get it and we were pushed off time and time again as though our concerns were not valid. **What do you dislike about DSD Business Systems?** They let us down and the lack of support was not only terrible but they do not agree they left us hanging which is where I am really disappointed. **Recommendations to others considering DSD Business Systems:** Don't go with this implementor. Find one that has the time and bandwidth to support your project. **What problems is DSD Business Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We committed to Acumatica with DSD. After months and months of training and work, we were dropped and failed to get past the point of no return. We had no other choice but to cut our losses and move on. This cost us over 100k and lots of morale and overall cost issues we cannot even quantify. ### 7. I've been with my company for 6.5 years. Our dedicated rep is troublesome to work with. I know its not just myself as everyone from our company has had issue with her. Every project turns into long calls that go nowhere and us tending to try to figure out the issue by ourselves. We have started calling for help on her days off (Fridays) so different reps will help us and every time we do this, problems are solved quickly, efficiently and to our satisfaction . ### 8.
