We have a specific representative assigned to our account who is always proactive to discuss changes to our renewals as well as makes sure I am aware of beneifts of our contract. Speaking of inventory management, DSD helped us streamline our processes for inventory management through Acumatica which made it possible for automated tracking and reduced manual errors. Consequently, the accuracy of our reports about stocks improved while time wastage was minimized.

On top of that, DSD’s specialization in Sage Intacct allowed us to get real-time financial insights which facilitate decision making. Initially, they were great but in the end they were terrible. When we asked for help we didn't get it and we were pushed off time and time again as though our concerns were not valid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We committed to Acumatica with DSD. After months and months of training and work, we were dropped and failed to get past the point of no return. My company has used DSD services for quite some time, longer than I've been aboard. I've been with my company for 6.5 years. Our dedicated rep is troublesome to work with. I know its not just myself as everyone from our company has had issue with her. Every project turns into long calls that go nowhere and us tending to try to figure out the issue by ourselves. We have started calling for help on her days off (Fridays) so different reps will help us and every time we do this, problems are solved quickly, efficiently and to our satisfaction .
