There are a few elements missing such as the surveys - some elements are a little 'buggy' and don't work as expected, you also can't send a simple NPS survey inside an email which is a shame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

It helped me to have a good interaction with the clients in a very short time of having used it. It has a very good interface that allows me to use it more easily and allows me to carry out a good training for all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly do not find any serious problems with Comapi due to the ease of use, but I would like to have a better integration with other messaging services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dotdigital:

If I recommend it with total security and I will continue recommending it. Although I have little time using it, I am already satisfied with Comapi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
