What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Since the implementation of Comapi we have noticed a huge satisfactory increase in communication with partners and customers. The strong point of Comapi is the ease of use and the quality of communication in real time and very quickly. Comapi is our favorite product and the customer's favorite product because it keeps us in complete interaction. Comapi has a good support service that is always available for any problem. What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

The integration is a little deficient and does not work as it should. The only defect that I find in Comapi is the deficiency in its integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dotdigital:

Generally, in order to recommend a product, it is necessary to evaluate the requirements and needs of each company, but I believe that Comapi is not necessary because it is a product that can be adapted to many complex scenarios that require improving its relationship with customers. What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we did not have an effective relationship with our customers, we always had many communication problems. It is a joy that the company made the decision to use Comapi, because our communication and relationship with customers was not very good. With Comapi both users and customers are very satisfied. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

It is very positive that customers are satisfied. With Comapi customers and our staff are very satisfied. Staff training is simple and quick thanks to how easy it is to learn how to use it. thanks to its high level staff in marketing allowed us to realize I say that the best campaign of our company can automate them in a very fast and secure way beyond that allows you to create other templates and save them is as if you could get ahead of the competition , has a support team which is always attentive to teach you to work with softwere for an estimated period of 6 to 8 weeks, this being a key factor for the performance of your company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I realized that the software is missing, updating it day after day its templates are a little outdated and we all know that this technology plus the markenting are two tools that change day after day, we also have to take into account that there is a lot of competition in the market for which I think that this softwere should not be so expensive of rest everything well I liked the way you work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
