What do you like best about Dotdigital?

What I find most appealing about Dotdigital's user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop journeys is that it allows even non-technical users to easily and successfully build complex automations. This greatly simplifies my day-to-day work. From a single dashboard, the platform also provides omnichannel automation, enabling us to manage email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and much more. Its advanced segmentation and personalization capabilities also allow us to create highly targeted and relevant campaigns, thereby increasing customer engagement and return on investment. What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

Although Dotdigital offers several helpful capabilities, some areas could use improvement. Particularly when creating complicated data flows or integrations, the more sophisticated components of the platform might be difficult to grasp. Particularly for people wanting real-time data, the reports could also be simpler to modify. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

I really like how Dotdigital lets us create customised email campaigns and segment customers into specific groups. It’s easy to refer back to previous emails or create updated versions, which saves a lot of time. The AI features are helpful, and I’m excited about exploring SMS and WhatsApp options as we expand our communications. Implementation was straightforward, and I find myself using the platform frequently. Reporting is clear, integrations with different audience lists are simple, and their support is always there when needed. There’s really very little I dislike about Dotdigital, but I’d love more ways to quickly learn about new features or updates, perhaps with video tutorials or short guides. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Being able to connect Dotdigital to our website (Magento 2.0/Adobe Commerce) so that new web customers automatically enter into our welcome program and are added to Dotdigital contacts. The ability see revenue attributed to an email campaign. The ability to set up email programs. Plus, it's an intuitive platform that you can navigate around with ease and email design is user-friendly. Customer support has been excellent also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

Revenue of campaigns can be somewhat distorted - attributes sales that are not necessarily resulting an email campaign. Additionally, Dotdigital does not capture in-store sales - we often have customers come into store saying they "saw an email about x", however, the functionality of Dotdigital doesn't provide total revenue across channels.
