The interface is clean and easy. Collaboration is smooth since multiple people can work effortlessly. The content, images or videos looks clear, crisp and rich.I find no unnecessary options present. At one point, the SVG icons we were using in our documentation broke. Fortunately, the Doc360 support team came to our rescue and helped us resolve the issue. What do you like best about Document360?

The support and customer teams are always available and very quick to respond. While being friendly and professional, they can solve problems quickly and are ready to assist with realizing customer needs together with them. The product itself is developed quickly and things like multi language availability is added soon after initial launch. Customer feedback is taken seriously and considered when developing new features to make sure that necessary use cases are being covered. Their own documentation is quite helpful and the tool itself is intuitive and fairly easy to use. If anything gets too complex, support is quick to help. Most features are accessible in the UI and do not need any advanced technical knowledge or specific implementation. Further integration into your own systems is possible. What do you dislike about Document360?

After thoroughly evaluating three similar platforms, we ultimately chose Document360. While it’s not the cheapest solution, it stood out as the most complete solution, offering everything we needed. The platform delivers strong permissions and controls at many levels, excellent customization, support for both internal and external content, and an easy-to-use editor to create content. What do you like best about Document360?

I really like the fact that we can have different levels of access for our categories and articles. The API and integrations are working great, everything is customizable on the public knowledge web page, the Eddy AI is very useful! And I have to add that the Technical Support and Onboarding teams are AWESOME! Very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

The only minor downside would be the bilingual aspect of the tool. The knowledge base site is 100% bilingual (we use French and English) but we would need to have the Portal bilingual as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
