Document 360 is a great beginner-friendly Software. Easy to handle. It also have lot of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-friendly and articles can be created with a WYSIWYG editor. Customer Support is very attentive in fixing issues. Gives access to offer recommendations and multiple users can upvote implementations that continue to improve Doc360. Schedule customer relationship calls to make sure everything is going ok and if there is anything that they may assist with plus informing of newly updated features. Nothing to dislike at the moment. Projects are divided between public and private but they have things in development on their road map. Word documents don't always format exactly so some review is needed before publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two years ago I would have had a list of areas that could be improved but at the moment given all the improvements they've made the platform offers everything we need from a documentation manager. One thing I'd like to see included though is a way to automatically delete unused media files like images. This is not an issue for us at the moment but as our documentation grows I'd like to be able to do this automatically. Right now the process is manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved the varied amount of tutorial videos which made it very easy to establish an understanding of new opportunities in growing a new company. Alongside this, the customer optimization allowed me to customize my experience, allowing a personalized touch that is not readily available on similar sites. Being a creative content writer, the Knowledge-base portal in there is one of my most loved feature. It not only lets me write and edit freely but also helps with content review and analysis by my peers at a later point. Simultaneously, the autosave feature has been a lifesaver countless times. It was really straightforward to set up and populate. The interface is very intuitive and the initial guides built into the software are really helpful. The customer service that backs this up is exceptional. They're very responsive to any questions and were happy to help us choose the right plan. This continues with regular meetings (if you want) keeping you informed of new features. I get the impression it's constantly being worked on and very much in response to customer feedback.
