What do you like best about Document360?

The best part of Doc360 is oh incredible easy it is to use. Not only for the manager but also for the user. It's intuitive and can literally be used by everyone. Doc360 has been a pivotal product to our business success. The layout, functionality, and features, provides unparralleled efficiency in workflow and training for us. What do you dislike about Document360?

I wish there was a native mobile app with Doc360 to make on-demand content distribution faster and easier. This would help significantly with on-demand content. For example, training, podcast distribution, and even news broadcasts. I think if there was a native mobile about, the amount of features coule be expanded quite significantly, potentially with the ability to use it as a communication mechanism. With the current info storage used as a foundation, the ability to grow into a multi facted software is quite huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Get everything setup as organized as possible from the beginning. Use all of the features that come with it. It is inevitable that your database will grow. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of managed content distribution. We've realized the using Doc360, content can be distributed in a much more organized fashion than just simply dumping data on a drive. So awesome! Another huge but unexpected realization is the Doc360 can provide feedback onthe articles and keywords that users are searching. What do you like best about Document360?

The tool is really easy to get started with. Although there are many additional options and features, they managed to keep it simple to start your knowledge base and explore additional features bit by bit.

The pace at which they develop new functionality is impressive. The tool has grown tremendously since we started using it a little over a year ago.

The team at document360 is super friendly and cooperative. Emails and phone calls get answered almost immediately and there is a dedicated customer success manager for each customer.

Recently they added some very useful analytics, e.g. a weekly email that shows the most-used search words and the most popular articles. This really adds an additional layer of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?
