What do you like best about Document360?

It is one of the best writer-friendly tools in the market. Doc360 gave us the platform to build our documentation from scratch. It comes with a lot of cool features and a home page builder with customization which makes the tool unique. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Nothing much about the tool. But when it comes to data migration, we may lose media files. If possible, doc360 can come up with an option to point data to our own servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doc360 provides more editor features when compared to other modern-day doc tools.

I use the tool for customer knowledge base and the customization features are to up to next level. The platform is highly versatile and fully customizable. White label options are also available. You can build your own brand knowledge base, it is one of our competitive edges to customer support. It can also integrate with the Helpdesk tools like Freshdesk and we use it for ticket deflection. Fantastic tool Document360 itself a best amoung the other products comparitively than Microsoft.. Where as Rich editor has WYSIWYG editor and markdown editors are more fantastic as markdown editors allows writers to customise articles using markdown syntax as well as HTML ...
