What do you like best about Document360?

The product has struggled in a few places to establish itself. The product's shorter development life might be considered as a negative when compared to more mature products, despite the fact that frequent release notes demonstrate apparent progress, and the development has been great. I'm utilising it in a way that's like how online user manuals are used; they often include more written material and more photos, and I believe that Document360 is perfect for this kind of format. What do you like best about Document360?

What do you like best about Document360?

This will platform will empower the business to build an extensive KB (Internal + External). With useful features such as Analytics, KB Assistant, etc. DOC 360 can help the software platforms to bring the documentation on to the face of the platform's websites.

Customer Support is at it's best. ssues are solved with in hours or days and challanges are addressed with in hours. They will never say never.

What do you dislike about Document360?

The company is hands-down, money-minded. They will charge for everything, even for the things that appear to be " Can-be-given-out-of-gratitude. This company acts selfish at times and brands itself through it's customer's accounts.

Even for enterprise level customers, there is no complete white-labeling. They will have thier names engraved in some areas of the customer account, to remove it, one has to pay the price again. What do you like best about Document360?

Starting and progressively organizing information while creating a visual hierarchy has been easy. The interface has been fairly intuitive for me and the search feature is proving helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We now have a robust and adaptable approach for building our knowledge base in Document360. The system is feature-rich and easy to use. Support has responded really quickly and has taken into account any criticism. An really nice experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

The one drawback I've discovered so far is that, at least when using SSO, it doesn't seem to be possible to establish internal knowledge bases in addition to the client-facing version.
