What do you like best about DocLink?
This is an amazing software that provides easy maintenance of all scanned documents it enables users to create notations and digital stamps. Documents can easily be dragged and dropped. It provides different format conversions of documents. It stores documents that enable them to search quickly and retrieve them rapidly. The user interface is easy and clear to understand for first use. It keeps all the documents in one place in an organized way and they can print anytime. What do you dislike about DocLink?
There must be wildcard searchability in search engine so whenever we write a single value it will show all the documents that contain the same value in it. The workflow module is a little bit complicated while working, it does not work properly sometimes. It does not notify you if your delivery fails while sending it to email or fax. What do you like best about DocLink?
I like the ability to view documents and see approvals. Our main use is for AP invoices; for example, when the finance & accounting group is reviewing monthly financials each month, they are frequently using DocLink to research what is causing anomalies or so show who approved an invoice. What do you dislike about DocLink?
I feel like the interface could use some upgrading. I'm not sure if it is a version issue, but it seems a bit out dated and could be a little cleaner. Sometimes it can be a little slow to load information as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doc-link has a positive effect on increasing productivity and sending documents faster to print.
