What do you like best about Dock?

I enjoy dock's ability to update templates across existing workspaces and stay synced across all spaces. It has saved us countless hours being able to update a template and roll out the update to all live workspaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dock?

When you hide certain template pages, it looks messy in the editing tab, and it makes it difficult to move things around that still exist in the template. Engagement scores are also hard to comprehend as they change, and there's no data on what's considered high vs. low engagement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Dock?

First time user of Dock and first thing I implemented in my new role. Our Sales, CS, and Tech teams love it for ease of having everything all in one place to keep things efficient, clear, and simple for us and our clients. What do you dislike about Dock?

More integrations. I would love to see it integrate with Stripe directly after Order Form signed or be able to use Zapier to fill gap. Notes on the internal side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are an extremely lean team so being able to have a template but everything so customizable it really great.

What do you like best about Dock?

I am still a new user with dock and am gaining familiarity with all of it's features and ease of use. I haven't gotten to know the familiarity of our customers using it just yet as I have only used it to assist 1 or 2 customers so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dock?

Clients and prospects love being able to navigate and use Dock to share internally. It's extremely quick to create a new workspace and customize with company branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dock?

In the last year, I've found 5+ confirmed bugs. It feels like I'm a part of their QA team. The response I receive is that this is low priority and there isn't much they can do. Features such as sections in workspaces break often, pricing cards don't load properly, Slack channel connections broken, etc., providing an untrustworthy experience. What do you like best about Dock?

I love Dock's flexibility, its ability to tie into other applications, and its ability to create a one-stop hub for our clients. Our team tested multiple platforms for over a year. The different platforms consistently reminded us of what we had to have but could not deliver. Dock fulfilled those voids while providing new processes we knew we needed. Dock allows us to elegantly collaborate with our clients and provides us with meaningful analytics around when our clients view important collateral. We never had any visibility into when a client viewed documents, meeting agendas, or sales collateral and Dock gives us this visibility. We also used to have multiple threads and a disorganized way of communicating with clients, Dock's centralized platform allows us to keep things simple with our clients. What do you like best about Dock?

I love how easy it is to create Dock templates , and how customisable it is. It has been a game changer for some of my Enterprise prospects, many of which have praised the display of our company content within Dock.
