Hello, I am the owner of GLENWOOD ROAD SUPERETTE company. I read on Facebook about the Divvy company and decided to register. After I registered, divvy granted me a pre-approved credit. This is the best thing about divvy that you get automatically answers about your credit line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm disappointed by the customer support attitude, they don't know anything and can't help you. The entire core team is remote and they talk via email. I tried to solve my problem with my account by calling support. I got the same situation with the supervisor that is at a distance and cannot decide anything. In the end, their decision is not contestable. My divvy account was suspended and later blocked without reason. I spent $2,000 and transferred money to close the credit! No one knows the reason for blocking my account. I'm disappointed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the way I can setup recurring monthly payments. If I need to change the amount it is very easy and simple. . If I need to send out payments, the setting up of vendors is very easy. Everything that I need is all in one place. When I need to check if certain bills are paid, I go online to check . If I need to remind users about not having uploaded their receipts, it is very easy to send out reminders. Also, If I need to create a new card for someone, maybe it got compromised or if a virtual card is need, it is very simple. Also if the card is compromised or a vendor is no longer needed, it is very easy to freeze that card or delete it. I have had to contact Bill about fraud use of a card and they were very prompt in suspending the card and after their investigating, I have had the funds replaced to the exact amount as was taken. Very good service. When there is a funds request or a reimbursement, the process is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When there is a funds or reimbursement request, I would like to get a text message on my phone or by email. I go into the Bill system about every 4 hours to check if someone needs or request funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BIll Spend & Expense has a super user-friendly interface that was incredibly easy to roll-out to our team of over 100 employees. It has easily shaved off several hours from our month-end close procedures for both the general staff and the finance department. The integration with QuickBooks online was a must for our department and has been of great value. Accessible customer service for all parties involved either via phone or chat is a huge plus. We tried to use the mileage reimbursement module, and it simply was not up to the standard of the other modules in Spend & Expense. The actual tracking was super user friendly, but there was no integration for the transactions with QBO and the payment option for team members through the system was super slow. Customer support had a hard time helping with the issues because the module was still being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who's responsible for managing corporate expenses, I’ve found BILL to be an invaluable tool for simplifying the process of collecting receipts and classifying corporate credit card expenses. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for both tech-savvy and non-technical users to get started quickly. Uploading receipts is a breeze—whether you snap a photo or forward an email, the process is seamless. BILL’s automated classification system does a great job at categorizing expenses. It saves time and reduces errors compared to manual entries, helping me ensure that everything is sorted into the correct categories without the need for constant oversight.
BILL has streamlined our expense management process significantly. It's a game-changer for anyone who handles corporate credit card expenses. With its powerful automation features and easy-to-use design, it's saved us countless hours and minimized errors.
Highly recommended for businesses looking to simplify expense tracking and management! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BILL does not integrate with our accounting system (2019 Sage 100). We manually export the transactions and upload each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that employees (card holders) can assign their charges to the correct accounts and that this syncs with QuickBooks! I also love all the various controls that the administrator can create to make the system run smoothly and also do a lot of the work for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were online manuals for clients to access rather than only training videos and the use of BILL chat or phone support. It would be great if all the articles about how the system works were in a manual. I also think it would be great if AP/AR can "talk" with Spend & Expense, so that checks written in AP/AR can be deducted from the budget balances in Spend & Expense. It is useful for syncing coding directly into our accounting software, allowing reciepts to be uploaded and descriptions added for coding transactions. Also, a great control for budgeting and employee spending. Website is accessible and I have no trouble getting done what I need to. I appreciate the software and it was not hard for our company to adopt. Their phone app is effective for our managers to review their transactions and move funds on the go. When I do have to talk to customer service, I rarely get anyone helpful. One problem, is we use another software to keep our accounting software online, and bill.com or bill spend and expense don't play nice. Only a few people there know about the issue, and they will tell you, the only solution is to manually correct it, which takes forever, if we accidentally try to sync while someone else is in the books. Don't be fooled by the rewards. It was extremely important to one of our partners that we would get rewards comparable to our previous card using this. I repeatedly asked customer service what their rewards were and they would say 1%. This was entirely false. If you read their rewards policy, it is the worst I've ever seen on several points. I would not recommend this for any business that thinks rewards are important. Also, we were told the divvy card was similar to our other cards, and we would pay the balance on the statement after a month. You don't have this option. The card is paid at the end of every statement period. Very dissapointed we were mislead by their sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having all the cards and transactions tie to one account makes things so easy. Being able to turn on and turn off cards make its so easy. They work seamlessly with our account system to import into Quick books online. Customer support has been amazing and really helped us out when there was fraud detected on one of our cards. it was so easy to get going, get the name of the people who need cards give them a budget and show them out to code in the system. This makes every day transactions so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
honestly I cant think of anything wrong. the training to set it up was amazing and very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

S&E is easy for cardholders to use and is a complex or as barebones as you would like it to be. It integrates well into the accounting APIs that I use (QBO & Sage Intacct), and can be easily set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardest part of using Spend & Expense right now is the switch from Divvy to Spend & Expense. The customer support was top-teir when it was Divvy. Now that it's been looped in with Bill.com's support, I find it harder to get help quickly and effectively. The new branding can also confuse my clients, as they don't know whether or not to talk about Spend & Expense or Payables & Receivables when mentioning "Bill.com" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BILL is the most user-friendly platform. We are able to approve transactions, receipts, and reimbursements all in the app and on the website. We are able to add employees in any state and allow them access to funds through a budget. We can pull reports to see which budget is being used most often and is the most important. It was super easy to migrate to. We have great technical support. I use this platform at least once a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were ways to customize who is receiving alerts to approve certain payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very good application for businesses that have a virtual presence and remote employees. It integrates nicely with NetSuite and helps streamline our formally manual cc processes. The implementation/integration with NetSuite went smoothly and hasn't had any hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with NetSuite could be better. It currently only allows for 1 "credit card" account so it requires a level of manual manipulation within NetSuite to be able to track spending by individually assigned cards. For companies with a lot of employees or a lot of credit cards, this can become unmanageable and unscalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This feels like it should be a paid service, and it's crazy to me that it's not, (at our level at least). Creating virtual cards, assigning funds, and creating/managing budgets is above and beyond any other product out there. The receipt upload/expense tracking is solid, not industry-leading by any means, but good enough to have replaced our Expensify subscription, especially given the utility of BILL S&E's other features. Their seamless integration with QBO has saved our bookkeeper many hours a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest (but also petty) gripe is the name change from Divvy to BILL Spend & Expense. Something so quick, catchy and easy to remember changed to a mouthful. The transition has been slow, and we still refer to it as Divvy internally.
There are also some parts of the expense tracking / reporting that leave a little bit to be desired in comparison to a dedicated expense reporting tool like Expensify; for example, we use BILL S&E cards for purchases we bill back to clients, and the exports of expenses aren't customizable and don't include links/images to uploaded receipts. Exports include tons of additional columns of data beyond what's needed to bill expenses back to clients, but it's worth dealing with at the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
