It's very easy to drive even my five year old can do it. The configuration page is very intuitive and the manual is well organised to read. It really helps that the file transfer jobs are all in one place and eliminates "old school" file transfer scripts scattered in our environment. Also, it just works with any file storage location you can think of, be it on-premise or in the cloud. For the most part diplomat MFT is easy to use and navigate. The technical support team is quick and helpful for the issues that I've had. I have worked with alot of different SPF solutions. Diplomat is the most intuitive. It is layed out well and if needed it is easy to walk others through job creation/ implementation. Support is very good as well. Any question I have is answered quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
