It was quite easy to get started because their onboarding team was very pleasant to work with and offered training. The product itself is simple to use and set up, particularly with the phone tree that is visual. Although it's modest, I truly enjoy the text-to-speech feature for voicemails and the various voices, which make setting up voicemails for individual users quick and easy.
