What do you like best about Dialaxy?

The best thing about dialaxy is their quick call connection and smooth sound. We'd used different virtual telephony services before and there always would be connection issues but it's not like that in dialaxy. We're very happy about switching to dialaxy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialaxy is solving problem related to connection issues for now. Previously, we had used few voip solution but the sound was not clear but it's not like that with Dialaxy. The conection is instant and the sound quality is very impressive. Apart from that, dialaxy is solving problems related to flexibility and scalability for internation numbers. We're able to get Australian virtual number within 24 hours of document submission. The dialaxy number has helped us connect with our client at any time and close deals. What do you like best about Dialaxy?

The support team was very helpful to me and resolved my issues within a minutes, so for me the best thing about dialaxy is support. Apart from that, I like their web app interface which is super friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used traditional phone system previously to connect with our customers but we have multiple team to connect with the customers. One phone cannot be used in such scenarios and we found dialaxy then. We're able to invite number of person to use the phone system and make call and sms at the same time. What do you like best about Dialaxy?

What do you like best about Dialaxy?

Dialaxy doesn't show how much minutes have been consumed in our first subscribtion whoch they provide 500 minutes. I wish it was also shown so we could be on the track and add credit when the free minutes reaches its limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialaxy?

It was quite easy to get started because their onboarding team was very pleasant to work with and offered training. The product itself is simple to use and set up, particularly with the phone tree that is visual. Although it's modest, I truly enjoy the text-to-speech feature for voicemails and the various voices, which make setting up voicemails for individual users quick and easy. What do you dislike about Dialaxy?

The absence of a good phone directory, like classic PBX system, is my major complain. This is not a big deal because you can at least call extensions, though it still seems strange to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our support team helps our clients, and our sales team reaches out with the aid of Dialaxy. We can even text certain of our clients who like it via Dialaxy.
