I like all the different modules and how fast is to load.

**What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?**

Get luck getting in touch with the support team. I had to spend a lot of time to find a way to contact them just to get an initial response and nothing after that. They haven't solved my problem for 2 weeks now and it's a simple problem.

Deskera is a great option to help track and maintain your business. Great customer support and help for all issues! All of my employees enjoy using this software. They even helped me customize the system to my needs.

There was not anything they didnt have an aswer for.

Tracking cost inventory and items needing to be reordered.

CRM,HRM and Accounting all can be done in here .Now No need to rely on other softwares.The UI is very clean and the iOS app is just amazing. Have to try out all features and the tool looks promising. Keep it up team!

I don't have anything that i dislike about deskera.

Deskera offers one of the best features available, plus it has CRM and HR modules which will help with my growing business in future. Support was also pretty fast when I had a question about the Books module.

Deskera has solved all my problems relating to book keeping I have not observed any discomfort while using the software and the technical team is supportive in solving customer issues

Deskera All-in-One has solved my problem of calculation of Pre Tax Deduction in different jurisdictional country it helps me manage th customer order on a timey basis by giving timely reminders

Deskera All-in-One has helped me manage invoice updation and timely reminders, managing inventory in all different stores and warehouses with real time data with faster dispatch

As per my experience using Deskera All-in-One  software I have not felt any dislike while using the software, Deskera All-in-One teams always available to solve my problems

Deskera All-in-One software has benefitted a lot in managing all the employee payroll and employee reimbursement on a timely basis, it has solved my problem of managing my customers in an organised manner.

What i like the most is its interface and simplicity of using deskera books which was most important feature for me to buy deskera.
other than that thier crm is also good

Customer support is something they are lagging. Another thing is if you add more than 100 items in boq or invoice the system starts lagging means it consumes your ram and works very slowly so for people who want to use deskera books for less than 100 items its good for go but for professional interior designers like us where we need to have more than 200 items its of no use. and no customer support to..

**What problems is Deskera All-in-One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deskera has one good factor it has complete crm for onboarding customers,books, attendance and staff management all in one place as far as it was helping me to invoice it was good but as it cannot add more than 100 items i have stopped using it.

It is straightforward to use software, and we don't get any other software for another module. It gives all in modules in a single software, and it's interlinked with each other.

**What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?**

It's not customizable, so if you need some out of the default flow of the system, you need to wait for an updated version.

It's solving my inventory management problem; we get live inventory data, giving all the modules so I can track my lead and payroll system.

**What do you like best about Deskera All-in-One?**

All in one powerful tool to manage your business on the cloud. Possibility to manage all our business branches/organisations in one place and built-in extra features make our life easy. Also, a great alternative to QuickBooks/Xero and I would say it's more than that. Mobile apps come in handy, on the go, you can track, review and update your business transaction.

**What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?**

That said, there is room to improve, and to add native banks to all countries (currently is limited to major countries). Active support hours can be better and would love it if it is 24X7 support because they serve many countries and it's hard to catch up.

To manage all of my business and its branches in one place.

**What do you like best about Deskera All-in-One?**

I like the stages of managing the crm and leads, from Appointment scheduled to Qualified to buy plus Presentation scheduled plus Decision maker buy in plus Contract sent plus Closed Won & Closed lost. I switched over from another Crm because of the great management of stages. there is still a lot more I can do with Deskera and will be able to benefit from their abundance of tools.

**What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?**

It does have a lot of features and an online group for support however they're are not many video tutorials to navigate the terrain. I feel as if I am not using it to it's full potential but I know it will come in due time.

**Recommendations to others considering Deskera All-in-One:**

I would highly recommend it based on the capabilities of Deskera and their support team to help you take advantage of their Crm, Payroll and Hr functionalities.

**What problems is Deskera All-in-One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating multiple tools to manage the process. I was trying to use  trello and  airtable as my crm but they are not specifically built for being a crm. 

I have been able to reduce my costs, confusion and look forward to getting better with Deskera and it's expanding capabilities.

The UI/UX is intuitive with helpful features coupled with a comprehensive online tutorial. The bookkeeping and accounting solution alone will save you thousands of dollars in the long run. And that doesn’t even barely scratch the surface with the other full-range features like CRM, HR, payroll, which runs in both web and mobile with 2FA Authentication.

For my use case, I didn't find any yet when using Deskera All-In-One.

The bookkeeping and accounting solution. It helps you to save thousands of dollars in the long run as compared to competitor solutions.

**What do you like best about Deskera All-in-One?**

I used Qbooks for long but never thought I would switch across. However, the offerings that Deskera provided were unmatched!

The triple treat of CRM + Payroll + Books is truly unreal + it has been a solid product for years. The team is highly dedicated to making it a killer tool suite. I see myself transitioning and making this my go to for CRM and payroll too.

Plus the swiss knife offerings makes it even better since we prefer tools that provide 1-stop-solutions. Would def.  recommend anyone getting their hands on-this!

**What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?**

There are no specific cons, but there are features missing for payroll compliance w/Indian Labour law Integration but it's on the Roadmap so that won't be a worry anymore.

Cost-effective, One-stop shop, Easy & super user-friendly UX.
