the possibility of quick and easy reservation of jobs within mobile devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't find the statistics and history of individual people's seat reservations; one user can book more than one place in one day, can it be changed? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Flexibility: In modern office environments, especially with the rise of remote work, not every employee needs a permanent desk. Deskbird allows employees to reserve a desk or workspace when they need it, providing flexibility and accommodating different work schedules.
Cost Savings: By optimizing the use of space, companies can potentially downsize their required office space, leading to significant cost savings on rent and utilities.
Advanced Features: Deskbird options offer additional features like tracking usage statistics, integrating with calendar software, or providing insights into workspace preferences and habits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Equipment & Storage: Constantly moving around can be a hassle, especially if employees have to carry equipment or personal items. This situation can be mitigated with lockers or storage solutions, but it's an additional cost and consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and intuitive. The floor plan layout really helps you visualise who will be in the office and where they will be sitting. The statistics are really useful when looking at office utilisation and planning for a growing organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Needing the app to do a QR check in, would be great if you could scan and check in via the browser and not need the app, and it would be good if you could book out equipment (we have equipment as a meeting room as a workaround but woulc be great if that was core functionality) but other than that, the software is great. What truly sets DeskBird apart is its commitment to flexibility. In today's dynamic work environment, having the ability to choose where and when I work is invaluable. With DeskBird, I can easily find and book spaces on-the-go, making my workdays more productive and less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While my overall experience with DeskBird has been positive, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, I've noticed that the mobile app can be a bit glitchy at times. On a few occasions, I had to restart the app to get it working properly, which can be inconvenient when I'm in a hurry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
