Our office is set up as "hot desks" where any employee can sit at any desk. being able to easily book with deskbird makes this system work without issue.
Deskbird also supports web, android, ios, and a plugin for the teams app meaning it was very easy to get employee buy-in.
Office plan creation is easy and with JIT and SCIM integration it really is a set-and-forget solution.

I like the user interface, possibility of quick book of the favourite place and what I like the most, is the floor plan - for quick orientation it is genially simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe incorporate the part time reservation colouring - people usually do not check the exact time for the reserved place and then meet at the same hour on the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Deskbird support team has been consistently helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance, but I mostly like the fact they are so open towards feedback to make Deskbird the best fit for our workplace. We use it to book desks, parking spots and lunch. Highly recommend Deskbird for its efficiency and reliable support.
