When our company introduced desk sharing, Deskbird was mandated for us to use. Initially, it seemed like an additional burden. However, its seamless login, mobile app, and user-friendly interface quickly made it a convenient addition to our workflow. The booking screens, present in both the web and mobile apps, lack clear indicators for active bookings. However, within the 'Schedule your week' section of the web app, a calendar displays the bookings, providing better visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to criticise. Basically, I would like to be able to create more statuses myself. So in addition to home office, for example, you could also store other messages. I appreciate the aproach Deskbird team has to clients, full of understanding and always looking for ways to bring value to us. They are also quite efficiant, I prefer our short 15 minutes syncs to align on next steps.
On the other side, tool is providing us with clarity on how when to organise events and ensure are office runs smoothly and effeciantly. Visibility on who is in the office and when is also great for people to connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm definitely excited about the UX/UI of the whole environment. Everything is simple, clear and works in a few clicks. Syncing with third party calendars is a must have for me - although I still struggle a bit with the setup -therefore I'm glad this feature is present. In general though, the automation of the process and the minimal need to write repeated requests to reserve a spot is a deal-breaker for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I said - syncing the app to my native calendars wasn't completely seamless but it was mainly a problem on my part. Most of the problems I have are related to colleagues using the app incorrectly, so I have minimal complaints about the app itself. It is quick and easy to use. Usuallly im using it when I came to work. Implementation is nice because we have there our floorplan. It is cloud ap so it is easy to use. Great is fast start of mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout of the desks matches our actual office well and it's very easy to see exactly who is in from the icons with people's faces next to their names. I also like that it creates an event in my outlook when I book the boardroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
