"Integrated Sales Intelligence with Room for Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I like Demandbase One for its sales intelligence features which help the sales team manage account alerts with guided workflow and real-time updates. I find the B2B advertising options great for targeting account ads to increase sales revenue. The product also helps reduce account blindness by showing which companies are visiting and their buying intent. Sales and marketing efforts are strongly aligned with the same accounts, aiding pipeline growth. I appreciate that sales advertising, product marketing, and customer data storage are all available in one place from a single account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Deeper customization is required for pro users to help balance streamlined flexibility and tailor some serious CRM challenges. The initial setup was not so easy, though I managed to do it without any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Metrics, Steep Learning Curve"

What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I loved the unified dashboard of Demandbase One which keeps me up to date about the advertising reach and website visitors all the time. I like its way of providing all the details of client visits and ad reach on the dashboard continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

It's a dense product and UI is not user-friendly; only pro people can use it because it has so many tabs and menu options. The UI should be very simple, and configuration should be very quick for building a strong bond between Demandbase One and the user. The initial setup is only done with the help of customer support and the IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Account-Based Marketing Strategy"
4/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I really like the account-level view in Demandbase One because it feels more practical than dealing with individual lead data. When working with enterprise clients, this shift allows me to see which companies are warming up instead of guessing from scattered signals. Also, the intent data is useful, even though it's not perfect, it helps in prioritizing outreach in a more grounded way rather than relying on basic CRM lists or gut feelings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

A couple of things feel a bit off in day-to-day use. The intent signals can be a bit noisy, sometimes flagging accounts that don't really feel 'ready', so there's still a fair bit of manual judgment needed instead of fully trusting it. It feels more like a hint system than something you can rely on directly. Also, the platform can feel a bit heavy when trying to get quick answers. There's a lot of depth, which is good, but for basic 'what's happening with this account right now' type questions, it sometimes takes more clicks and digging than it should. A simpler, more immediate view would be easier for day-to-day use. The initial setup wasn't super easy; there was quite a bit of setup involved, especially with the CRM integration and making sure account data was clean. The first few weeks felt configuration-heavy. "Effective Targeting but Setup Time-Consuming"
4/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I like how Demandbase One lets me reveal targeted ads to specific accounts without any random individuals, enabling precise sales intelligence. The real-time alerts when someone is buying from our list are a valuable feature. My best part is its dashboard, which helps me track and prioritize accounts for ad tracking, boosting revenue for ABM. In the dashboard, I can manage account data, email responses, and ad impressions easily from a single account and view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Demandbase One could really use an out-of-the-box template for SaaS and manufacturing industries. It would also benefit from tips and walkthroughs to help new users. Plus, the initial setup isn't quite easy—it can be pretty time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Sales and Marketing Alignment"
5/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I like the engagement minutes model the most because every interaction from an entire company gets rolled up into a unified 'account score.' Instead of just scoring one person at an account, I get a 'buying committee' level score, which is fantastic for unifying ABM with account-based sales development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Custom reporting is a bit clunky, I think something similar to HubSpot's "Breeze" bot or even Claude MCP could help here. The initial setup was definitely not plug and play; Demandbase One exposes all your bad CRM data. We needed to dedupe lots of data and clean up Salesforce before proceeding, and the rollout took around 12 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Account Insights and Intent Data That Keep Sales and Marketing Aligned"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

What I like best about Demandbase One is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different tools, I can see the full picture of each account and understand which companies are actually showing real interest.

I also like how it uses intent data to help prioritize leads. It makes it much easier to focus my time on the accounts that are more likely to convert instead of guessing or working blindly.

Another strong point for me is the alignment between marketing and sales. It really helps both teams stay on the same page, which improves the overall efficiency and makes the whole process feel more organized and targeted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

What I don’t like about Demandbase One is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning. There are a lot of features and data, so it takes time to really understand how everything works and how to get the most value from it.

Also, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the amount of information it provides. If you’re not used to working with ABM tools or data-heavy dashboards, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Another thing is that setting up and customizing campaigns properly requires effort and sometimes support, especially for teams that are new to this kind of platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is that it works as a single platform where we can bring marketing and sales together to target the right accounts, improve data accuracy, and engage with accounts at the right time. It’s a good way to reach customers and grow the business without wasting budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

The initial setup of Demandbase is quite complex, especially for a small team, and proper training is also required to get a solid grip on all of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales and Marketing Insights Under One Roof with Demandbase One"
4/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

With Demandbase One, we get sales and marketing under one roof, which helps us gain insights into product scoring, account targeting, and advertising overall. The reports and dashboard features are my favourite because they show web visits and ad reach instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Integration with other apps is generally good, but sometimes the deeper integration process becomes buggy. I’ve seen duplicate accounts appear, and the resulting sync issues can get very complex to sort out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DemandBase One Delivers Powerful Audience & Paid Search Intelligence"

What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I adopted DemandBase One for its audience intelligence platform, which has genuinely helped us better understand our target customers’ behavior. I also really like using the paid search intelligence feature, since it provides us with valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Wanting to use the premium functionality also comes with an increase in the licensing costs, which isn't the cup of tea for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deep LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Integrations That Help Find Real Clients"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

Demandbase One offers deep integrations with systems like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, which helps me find real clients for product marketing through ads and campaigns. That’s the main reason I like it the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

It has one limitation: it only accepts accounts that are listed in the website database, which restricts us from getting clients beyond those boundaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
