What do you like best about Demandbase One?

The platform allows you to target a dynamic list of accounts based on signals from the platform. Web behavior and search interest that matches your campaign criteria. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

The Ad Cloud platform has some limitations with job funtion/seniorities. You can only bid boost to them versus target them outright. Some portions of the campaign setup can also be cumbersome but expect it to be improved with more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to have an account based approach that is dynamic in nature and more sophisticated than we could do on our own. It then allows us to activate on those accounts in a programmatic way. What do you like best about Demandbase One?

We've used the Marketing and Sales intelligence module of Demandbase for three years. Demandbase's intelligence and insights on website visitors and location data is a game changer for Marketing and Sales teams' outbound efforts. This is a great ABM platform in the truest sense as you can smoothly run ads on Marketing qualified accounts with an ability to choose your publishers as well. What do you like best about Demandbase One?

The holistic view of accounts provided by Demandbase One is invaluable. It offers a comprehensive perspective on all relevant information about each account, including the associated people from Salesforce, whether they are leads or contacts, as well as the level and type of engagement. This integrated approach allows for more informed decision-making and abm strategies. Additionally, their CSMs and support team are excellent. They are always ready to dive deep into any issues and provide quick, effective solutions, which significantly enhances the user experience. The tool is excellent, and I rely on it daily. The platform lacks some flexibility when adapting to specific company needs, which can be limiting. The L2A (Lead-to-Account) Matching engine is not always intuitive, making it challenging to maintain high data quality for lead-to-account associations. Additionally, syncing issues can arise, where data may not update seamlessly.
