Demandbase One has enabled us to easily access target account engagement & intent data in addition to providing us with a robust ABM advertising platform. It's very intuitive to use & navigate and there are lots of detailed trainings available. But what I like above all is the outstanding customer support. Any question or issue gets addressed quickly and thoroughly. Thanks to my wonderful Customer Success team I never have to stress or worry about anything ABM related! For me, the most impactful feature is the ability to customize experiences by being able to create custom lists with many different filters or selectors. Insights into our current customers along with helping to evaluate where our focus should be as an organization in regards to prospecting. The integration with current CRM system for sellers to leverage insights and not have to go into the platform is also an added benefit. Also strong integration between our MarTech platform and CRM Systems have helped to create workflows that assist with our ABM and Account targeting efforts and not having to go to another piece of software in regards to a DSP with is being contained within the platform.
