I appreciate how easy this tool is to use, especially when it comes to sending and tracking bulk emails. Additionally, its email enrichment, validation, and preparation features mean we don't have to switch to other platforms to meet our needs.

We've had a wonderful experience, I have nothing negative to say. They have incredible customer service and a virtually nonexistent learning curve, making it easy to launch our campaigns in just one day.

This tool helps me stay on top of my accounts and build a workflow that incorporates various channels like email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. Thanks to these features, our sales process has become much more straightforward.

Easy to navigate dashboard the whole set-up makes it seamless for navigating to results quickly, like the in depth views that you can get for accounts and the way that you can drill down on information provided like new website visits and products of interest.

currently no downside to using demandbase, can be slow to load on occasion

Demandbase provides us with the customer journey from first contact through to purchase, we can clearly see what works when marketing products, what is successful and what is not. Returning visitors and newly engaged are visible and products that are of interest so we can alter marketing approach.

It is very customizable and it a powerful platform if you have the resources to invest in setup.

The platform has acquired a lot of smaller tools over the years which has led to some feature bloat. The success team is frequently chasing new feature engagement instead of optimizing current functionality.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us access to sales and marketing data that we otherwise would have no visibility to. The primary data sources being: intent, de-anonymized web traffic, and consolidated activity tracking. This is helping us to get better visibility into our buyer journey and increase the focus and targeting of our sales and marketing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It made it easy to see which companies were interested in us, and we could build really focused retargeting lists based on how engaged they were. It's also super helpful for finding our most important accounts and the specific people we should be talking to. 

Their advertising features are also good and helped us reach the right folks. On top of that, it works really well with tools we already use, like Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 

And the support team is always there to help when we need them.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The only real downside we've noticed is that the software can occasionally be a bit slow to load pages.

Demandbase helped track which companies are actually interested in what we offer. It helped us focus our efforts on the best potential customers and not waste time on others.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

In a single click I can get information like address, phone, industry, description, revenue of a company & all the information are accurate. The best thing I like about InsideView is, it provides a precise & correct description of the company which helps me to know about the prospect company, & I prefer this over the company's own description given on "about us" web page, because it provides the overview which includes company,s business/services, establishment, location (overseas as well) & many more in a paragraph only. Also, the Industry Information given are accurate & classified in a right way.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Sometimes I feel there are less number of contacts/people available on InsideView especially from HR, Finance & Legal department, apart from this everything is simple & good. Also, few years back, there was an option through which I can raise a request to update new contact information over a wrong contact just by clicking over it, but now that option is missing.

**Recommendations to others considering Demandbase One:**

A very reliable sales platform to get all the information about your prospect. Hassle free & simple navigation.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I am working in marketing department to provide good prospect companies to our sales team, especially from US, InsideView is a very good source to keep track of information of any company from US even if the company is established in last 1 year. The latest news about the company shared in the top right corner is also helpful to know about the growth plans of the prospect company. Basically, through InsideView with few clicks complete profiling of any company can be done.

I particularly love the ability to see the "buying groups" within an account, which helps our sales team know exactly who to multi-thread with. It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform.

The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming for newer reps until they are thoroughly trained on where to look for the right signals.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It has a ton of good tools under one roof, like account targeting, intent data, ads, analytics. When it all works, it really does help you get a clearer view of what’s happening across your accounts. The intent data is probably one of my favorite aspects of the product because it helps narrow in on the right targets faster. I also like that it connects pretty easily with Salesforce and HubSpot, which saves some setup time. My team mainly uses it for account data management, marketing analytics, and attribution. In theory, it should make ABM a lot smoother, and on good days, it actually does.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It’s kind of a beast to learn and it'll take some time to get the hang of. Additionally, the platform feels more complicated than it needs to be, and honestly, data syncing isn’t always reliable. While support is available, it shouldn't be a constant use just to get some decent use out of the platform. Reporting takes time, and sometimes it feels like you need a full-time admin just to keep it organized. A few of the features don’t really connect well with the rest, which makes it clunky to use day to day. The idea behind it is great, because I see the vision of what it’s trying to accomplish, but the actual experience can be frustrating

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s helped bring our sales and marketing data together so it feels like we’re finally working from the same playbook between the two aspects. Being on a B2B account, a solid ABM strategy makes or breaks your fiscal year, so I appreciate using this tool to aid in reaching the right audience. My team uses it to track intent signals, manage account data, and report on campaign performance. The intent signals have definitely helped us focus on the right accounts instead of wasting time on low-quality leads. Reporting has become a bit more structured too, which makes it easier to show campaign impact during leadership reviews. Overall it’s helped with alignment and focus, but it takes more time and upkeep than expected to really get consistent value out of it.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The advertising function and building ad campaigns. I like the ease in which you can build a new campaign, determine your audience, spend, geo, etc. It's intuitive and easy to learn since it walks you through each step of the campaign set up. I was worried about the time it would take to learn a new tool but it was very straight forward and user friendly. We were able to launch new campaigns in no time.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Speaking about the advertising function specifically (although I know this is elsewhere on the platform) there are certain features that aren't as intuitive as you might expect. For example, if you're adding a new label to your campaign, you can simply start typing. Whereas I was looking for the option to "add" or click "new". Not a deal breaker but it takes some getting used to and some features are not as straight forward as you'd expect.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the real-time intent-driven features of Demandbase One, which can quickly and automatically increase ad spending when actions occur in target accounts. For example, when a target account searches for "competitor migration pain points," the system will add the account to the Google Ad or Demandbase DSP list within 5 minutes and increase the bid coefficient. This seamless "listen" to "counterattack" chain is flawless, with latency lower than current competitors. Furthermore, the system can accurately map website traffic directly to a list of target companies, solving the problem of anonymous identification of high-value accounts, allowing me to clearly distinguish between different types of visitors. Previously, using traditional tools like Bombora, it took 4 days to process intent data, but now with Demandbase One, it can be shortened to 5 minutes. I appreciate how it reduces the "who owns this opportunity" debate when collaborating between marketing and sales. Overall, for B2B teams targeting medium to large enterprises as their target customers, Demandbase One is a highly recommended tool.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Pain Point: I once encountered an event where the system displayed "high-intent accounts have been reached," but upon exporting the logs, I found that 80% of the exposure came from the sidebar of a low-quality B2B content website, and the same employee of that account saw the same ad 17 times in one day (causing ad fatigue). Improvement suggestion: Open up more granular ad placement blacklist functionality and provide a unified cross-channel frequency cap (e.g., no more than 3 times a day for the same account, regardless of where they see the ad), rather than the current single-channel independent control. The initial setup difficulty is moderately high—basic code deployment can be completed in 15 minutes, but configuring intent topics and two-way synchronization with CRM usually requires 1-2 weeks of business sorting and data cleaning, and is not out-of-the-box. Demandbase One's email/call automation capabilities are relatively weak, not as mature as Salesloft's multi-threaded outreach and A/B testing.

I use Demandbase One to focus advertising budgets on target companies, avoiding waste. The system identifies and drives ad placements in real-time, solving the problem of identifying high-value accounts. The webpages that prospects are visiting. The intent page helps too, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

I don't like having to wait 24 hours to see if someone specific looked up a doc or page. I get alerted through slack but I don't know who to best reach out to until the next day.

It's solving my challenge of gathering intent from my prospective companies. Especially after I talk to someone on the phone, it's nice to know that they researched my product afterwards. Shows interest.

It seems like every few months there's new functionality to use/learn about, so the platform has grown along with us on our ABM journey.

Learning new functionality does come with a pretty constant learning curve, which can be frustrating, but the platform is usually very intuitive (once a feature is out of beta anyway).

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big one is of course the de anonymysation of traffic at the account level, and the ability to personalize experiences based on selected parameters. We sell into a LOT of different industries so our site content is often trying to be everything to everyone and isn't super effective as a result.

One of the great help I am getting from Demandbase is its insights, which are so segregated for Accounts I should reach out to, Accounts that have more engagement, Accounts in different buying stages, and so on all with the leverage of using AI. Demandbase is easy to use has some excellent reporting features perfect for measuring trends over time for your target accounts. I also love the intuitive account scoring feature, and while we haven't set ut up yet, I imagine it's equality valuable for companies that use leads and receive a lot of them.

One of the main reason I stay with Demandbase is customer service. I have nothing to say about this platform, our CSM is fantastic, forward-thinking, and prioritizes our goals.

In order:
1)  The support the technical and customer managers are genuinely invested in your success - and help you get the most out of the platform to meet your ABM goals. And they are all smart and talented and know how to market
2) They listen to their customers - they deliver what you had asked for vs. pushing irrelevant bells and whistles 
3) They don't oversell intent for ABM. 
4) They aren't pushy. They don't try to upsell you new features in every. single. call.
5) implementation and ramp up takes 3-4 week, not 3-4 months.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Nothing comes to mind.  I have had a great experience with them and we have seen measurable results after a short amount of time. They were the right solution provider for our ABM strategy.

My company is new to the ABM game.  We needed to get a far better read on account activity above and beyond just intent and Web signals.  Demandbase has helped up take a good look at our TAL and point the SDR Team toward low hanging fruit. Demandbase One is instrumental in our go-to-market strategy, specifically when it comes to our customer lifecycle. The platform allows us to use data and insights we would otherwise not have to better orchestrate and personalize our approach, leverage what works, focus our intentions, adapt and optimize the work we do and the money we spend. We have an amazing team we work with on the Demandbase side consistently that is dedicated and truly cares -- and is a huge piece of the positive partnership we have with the platform. 

I am a fairly new user of Demandbase One and recently completed the trainings - it is AMAZING that those are offered and they really helped me get a general understanding before diving into usage. The platform is intuitive, easy to understand, easy to navigate and customer friendly which I cannot say for other platforms and software we use.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I think the only downside I have seen or potential downside is just that Demandbase One has SO many applications and possibilities that you have to really drill down into what it is that we specifically need and what really helps us big picture RIGHT NOW... we COULD do so much with the platform and future-state, but navigating what actually serves us currently is important. 

I wouldn't say it's a dislike... and also plays into the Demandbase team constantly assisting us in guidance and suggestions as they know the ins and outs better than we do and can help navigate.

Meeting our customers where they are in their journey stages and positioning the right product/offering to them at the right time. We are able to ensure the correct people at the correct companies in the correct phase of the buying process are served what they need to see based on data-driven intelligence gathered and deployed within Demandbase One. This benefits us by allowing us to gain insight and adapt/optimize our approach to make sure our advertising dollars are going where they should be going and allows us to make more informed decisions in EVERY step of our process. The technology itself is really impressive, but I believe the way the platform was built is what makes it truly amazing. As marketers, we all know that at the end of the day, other vendors offer similar solutions with intent data, campaign orchestration, etc. What sets DemandBase apart is the way it does all of that. It's easy to use and customize, easy to turn relevant data into actions, and easy to analyze data using specific filters, etc. Overall, DemandBase makes it really easy to pilot a true ABM strategy—without all the 'clunkiness' of other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

So far, the only downside is the way we are paying for paid advertising. Without projecting spend for the whole quarter or even the year, we need to keep requesting specific IOs every time we are running out of money. It would be much easier to be able to add a credit card and pay this way, as some of your competitors already do—or at least eliminate the process.

Demandbase allows our team to effectively build out ABM campaigns with speed and scale that is unique to other DSPs. We meet regularly with their reps and have found them to be the most engaged, friendly team we have encountered in the paid media space in a long time.

There is a bit of a learning curve with Demandbase due to the volume of options available to you. Also a bit of a downside is that it is an account tool so it's harder to see individual activity, but that is to be expected based on the entire premise of ABM.
