Expensive and complex! The pricing structure is on the higher side if compared to its competitors and the learning curve is extremely high for the beginners. If you are already aware and using the ABM software before than it is for you otherwise it takes time to get a hold of it for daily use and working around the data. Analytics dashboard (account highlights, intent, quick cards) provides both sales and marketers alike an easy-to-digest summary of what's going on with key accounts. From a marketer's standpoint, it allows us to understand which users are most engaged, which accounts are showing intent - providing a framework for 1:1 account syncs with sales.

Orchestration and audience management is simple to use, allowing marketers to build audiences for several campaign workflows and ensure users are being touched at the right time, with the right message. The LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, and next, Google, integrations help sync audiences with their appropriate campaigns and remove the need for direct to publisher uploads. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Adoption is ridiculously low across sellers, and we often hear that the amount of data is overwhelming. Engagement minutes, intent data, etc. aren't always well-accepted criteria for sellers that are managing large Enterprise accounts.

I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations.
