## Demandbase One Reviews
 ### 1. Transforms Sales and Marketing Alignment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dario Amadeus J. | (Founding) Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the engagement minutes model the most because every interaction from an entire company gets rolled up into a unified 'account score.' Instead of just scoring one person at an account, I get a 'buying committee' level score, which is fantastic for unifying ABM with account-based sales development.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Custom reporting is a bit clunky, I think something similar to HubSpot's "Breeze" bot or even Claude MCP could help here. The initial setup was definitely not plug and play; Demandbase One exposes all your bad CRM data. We needed to dedupe lots of data and clean up Salesforce before proceeding, and the rollout took around 12 weeks.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One eliminates wasted ad spend and outdated marketing strategies. I'm no longer flying blind about website visitors. It uncovers buying windows and provides a unified account score, replacing unhelpful lead scoring with comprehensive buying committee insights.

 ### 2. All-in-One Account Insights and Intent Data That Keep Sales and Marketing Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Digital Marketing Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about Demandbase One is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different tools, I can see the full picture of each account and understand which companies are actually showing real interest.

I also like how it uses intent data to help prioritize leads. It makes it much easier to focus my time on the accounts that are more likely to convert instead of guessing or working blindly.

Another strong point for me is the alignment between marketing and sales. It really helps both teams stay on the same page, which improves the overall efficiency and makes the whole process feel more organized and targeted.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

What I don’t like about Demandbase One is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning. There are a lot of features and data, so it takes time to really understand how everything works and how to get the most value from it.

Also, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the amount of information it provides. If you’re not used to working with ABM tools or data-heavy dashboards, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Another thing is that setting up and customizing campaigns properly requires effort and sometimes support, especially for teams that are new to this kind of platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Demandbase One is mainly solving for me is the problem of not knowing which companies are actually ready to buy and where to focus my efforts.

Before using a tool like this, a lot of time can be wasted on leads that aren’t really interested or not in the right stage. Demandbase helps fix that by showing intent signals and account activity, so I can see which businesses are actively researching or engaging with solutions like ours.

The benefit for me is that it makes my work much more focused and efficient. Instead of guessing or spreading effort across too many accounts, I can prioritize the ones that are “in-market” and more likely to convert. It also helps align sales and marketing, so both teams are working toward the same high-value accounts, which makes the whole process smoother and more effective.

 ### 3. Demandbase One: Transformative for Targeted Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashank K. | Sales Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I love how Demandbase One has completely changed my daily outreach approach. Using site visit intelligence, I can see which target accounts are visiting our site and which specific pages they're viewing. The real-time alerts in Slack allow me to reach out at the moment of peak interest, significantly improving my connection rates. I also appreciate the smart scoring and deep insights, along with account intelligence, intent data, and technographics. Access to a database of 176 million B2B contacts is a huge plus. I find Demandbase Selector and website personalization very good, as they help map out and track how accounts move from awareness to engagement. The sales playbooks, Demandbase advertising, escalation engine, ABX orchestration, and marketing tools save me a lot of time, making my experience with Demandbase One very positive. The unified bases and these tools together provide a great overall experience for B2B business.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It took a few weeks to get used to the interface, but the payoff in saved time was worth it.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One has improved my outreach by providing site visit intelligence, real-time alerts, and smart scoring. It saves time with advertising and marketing tools, and enhances experiences with personalized journeys, account intelligence, and insights, making it great for B2B.

 ### 4. Clean and Accurate Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Having the new AI Summaries, playbook and Email Agent, are great tools to assist the sales team with spending less time looking into various things but more time for doing other things since all the valuable information is right there in front of you to go right to it.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Having an easier way to add data especially when it is a new record as well at the same time to ask for additional details on the record, for instance, asking for an email address. Now you have to wait 1 to 2 days to go back in and ask for this information. Also data is not automatically updated right away when they said they have updated the record and I am usually looking at data updates 8 hours later and it would be great if it was readily available.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With my role and for my team I use it a lot for having data on accounts and contacts as well as having this data clean and accurate.

 ### 5. Powerful Account-Based Marketing Tool with Room for UX Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somya S. | Program Management Office Leader/ Chief of Staff, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the intent feature in Demandbase One that helps us identify target accounts and deals that need immediate attention. The heat maps are great for understanding the types of stakeholders browsing our products, which helps us adjust our offerings as needed. I also appreciate the ROI feature for our ABM campaigns, which gives us insight into the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Setting up and customizing intent in Demandbase One was pretty difficult and not self-explanatory. When someone new joined who was familiar with Demandbase from before, they suggested some tweaks that worked for other customers, but it messed up our system. This also means the customer service could improve. Lastly, the UX felt a bit clunky, especially when moving between different profiles.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One for account-based marketing, identifying buyer intent, managing campaigns, and assessing ROI. It helps identify risks, target potential stakeholders, and refine strategic decisions by analyzing competition and understanding stakeholder interests.

 ### 6. Focuses Our Outreach with Precision

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay W. | Revenue Operations Manager | TruShine Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like Demandbase One for its ability to quickly identify companies that are a good fit and prioritize outreach. It helps our team focus on the right accounts instead of contacting companies randomly. It makes it easier for the team to stay focused, make their time productive, and convert as much as they can. Using it with our other tools like CRM and LinkedIn enhances efficiency in organizing outreach and managing opportunities in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One thing that could be better is the setup; it can take time to understand all the features at the beginning, especially for smaller teams, and sometimes I find it hard to figure out the signals. Making everything simpler will help to manage it the right way.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to identify and prioritize company accounts for outreach, solving the issue of contacting unsuitable companies. It helps our team focus on valuable leads, organize the pipeline, and convert effectively, making outreach more efficient.

 ### 7. Strategic ABM Made Simple, Minor Reporting Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernard F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One to run and measure our account-based marketing in one place. I like that it helps us identify target accounts, understand buying intent, personalize outreach, and align sales and marketing around the same data. It solves the frustration of not knowing which accounts are worth my time and clearly shows which companies are showing intent, allowing me to focus on the right accounts. I love having everything in one place like intent data, account insights, and campaign performance because it makes it easy to focus on what's working. Intent data shows me which accounts are actively researching solutions, and account insights provide a clearer picture of engagement, while campaign performance highlights what's driving the pipeline. The initial setup was easy, and once integrations were connected, everything came together smoothly, allowing us to start seeing value quickly. It works well with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, which helps keep account data, campaigns, and sales activity aligned in one flow.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

With Demandbase One, reporting can feel a bit complex at times, and there’s definitely a learning curve when you first start. A more intuitive dashboard and simpler customization would make it even better.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to run account-based marketing in one place. It helps me identify target accounts, understand buying intent, and align sales and marketing. It saves time, reduces guesswork, and makes efforts more strategic with clear intent and account insights.

 ### 8. Efficient, User-Friendly with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lebugang K. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like that Demandbase One is efficient and user-friendly, which saves me time. I find its capability in accelerating sales cycles quite valuable as it helps in identifying the right decision-makers within buying groups and reaching them at their peak interest, allowing the team to move deals through the funnel faster. I appreciate the reduced waste from its native B2B DSP, since it ensures advertising budgets are spent only on the accounts that matter. I also enjoy the higher conversion rates due to personalized web experiences and shortened, auto-filled forms, which are powered by data enrichment, leading to lower bounce rates and more completed registrations. The initial setup of Demandbase One was very easy, which was a great start to the experience.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I dislike the integration 'glitchiness' with Demandbase One. There's a sync latency issue, where there are occasional delays in data syncing between Demandbase and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. This can result in sales reps seeing slightly outdated intent signals.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to tackle customer churn and retention issues. It accelerates sales cycles by connecting with key decision-makers, reduces ad spend waste, and boosts conversion rates with personalized experiences.

 ### 9. Unifies Sales and Marketing with Precision Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivy P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One to support our account-based marketing and sales alignment. The platform enables us to identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement signals, and tailor our outreach with precision. I really value how it integrates data, analytics, and engagement tools in one platform. The account insights and intent tracking are particularly strong, helping us prioritize the right opportunities. These features are incredibly valuable because they give us clear visibility into which companies are actively researching topics related to our solutions.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Honestly, the platform works quite well overall, but some areas could improve particularly around custom reporting and dashboard setup. At times, building tailored dashboards requires multiple steps and some technical knowledge, which is not that user-friendly and can slow down quick analysis.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to support account-based marketing, unifying sales and marketing data, eliminating data silos, and enhancing lead quality. It helps identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement, and tailor outreach, improving revenue impact.

 ### 10. Comprehensive Account Insights with Room for Improvement in Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefano C. | Sr. Marketing Manager, Southern Europe & Middle East, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The holistic account view provided by Demandbase One is truly invaluable. It consolidates all relevant account data into a single, comprehensive dashboard, including key insights on associated individuals from Salesforce—whether leads or contacts—along with their engagement levels and interaction types. This seamless integration empowers more strategic, data-driven ABM decision-making. Additionally, the Customer Success Managers and support team are outstanding. They are always proactive, diving deep into any issues and delivering swift, effective solutions, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. Demandbase One is an essential tool in my daily workflow, providing the precision and intelligence needed for successful account engagement.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The platform could benefit from greater flexibility in adapting to specific company needs, as some customization options feel limited. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. Streamlining these aspects would enhance usability and overall efficiency.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us solve the challenge of gaining a unified view of our accounts by consolidating data from various sources, such as Salesforce, into a single platform. This allows us to better understand the engagement level of each account and tailor our strategies accordingly. The platform’s ability to connect leads to accounts accurately enables more targeted outreach, improving the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts. As a result, we’re able to allocate resources more efficiently and drive higher-quality engagement with our key accounts.

 ### 11. Insightful and Structured, But Dashboard Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine C. | Regional Customer Marketing Manager, North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One daily to review intent data across our target accounts and find it incredibly valuable in identifying insights that help build and progress the sales pipeline. I greatly appreciate its ability to help us identify trends ahead of time, spot account behavior, and even identify competitors within the data mix. What I like most about Demandbase One is its ability to focus on account lists based on predefined criteria, which is incredibly helpful given the vast potential within Demandbase. This structure allows me to narrow the scope as needed, making the tool very powerful for targeted analysis. Additionally, the initial setup experience was positive, with lots of hands-on training provided for our marketing and operations teams. This support ensured a smooth transition and effective utilization of the software from the start.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I don't like the navigation limitations in Demandbase One. When I am deep into account details from the dashboard, I have to refresh the entire view if I've progressed too far, as there is no effective backup mechanism. Ideally, the 'back' function should return me to the most recent account list I selected.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to review intent data, identify account trends, and gain competitor insights, effectively building and progressing our sales pipeline.

 ### 12. Essential for Targeted Advertising, Intuitive Yet Challenges in Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar F. | Marketing Specialist EMEA & LATAM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I find Demandbase One's interface very intuitive. It doesn't require extensive training to get started, making it accessible and user-friendly for individuals without needing to dedicate significant time to learning the platform. I also appreciate its capability on the advertising side, specifically in targeting specific accounts in display ads, which would be impossible without this tool. This facet of Demandbase One is critical in my role focusing on paid media within the ABM team. The tool allows me to efficiently target accounts and send account lists to third-party advertising platforms, providing a seamless integration into our advertising strategy. This functionality is integral for precise targeting and enhances our advertising campaigns significantly.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The initial setup for Demandbase One is quite complicated and requires a dedicated team to manage all the necessary technical integrations. This complexity can be challenging for those without technical expertise. Additionally, the integration process can suffer if the internal team handles it poorly, as was the case in my experience.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to consolidate account information and target specific accounts in ads, essential for my paid media role within the ABM team.

 ### 13. Boosts ABM Strategy with Unified Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia P. | CEO and Founder, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

We appeciated how Demandbase One gives us visibility into account intent and engagement, especially with the unified account insights that include intent, firmographics, and engagement data all in one place. This makes it easier to prioritize where Sales should focus their efforts and aligns marketing/sales around the same signals. We also appreciate how these features worked together to provide a complete picture of each account, allowing us to prioritize the right accounts and engage prospects with timing and messaging that actually worked. Also, once deployed, Demandbase One was a true partner in setup and onboard training, as well as with customer service when we had questions. A big selling point for us was the simplistic installation, which was an important non-negotiable when reviewing other ABM vendors. Additionally, from a security standpoint, Demandbase One is SOX compliant.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is powerful, and has many dashboards and features that can be overwhelming when you first start using the product. New users to ABM may need some additional onboarding to fully utilize this robust platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us identify in-market accounts, focuses sales on the right ones/right time, and aligns marketing/sales around the same signals, improving visibility and prioritizing outreach.

 ### 14. Powerful Platform, but a Steep Learning Curve and Clunky Reporting

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like most about Demandbase One is how it brings everything—data, targeting, and execution—into one platform. The intent data and AI insights make it much easier to focus on the right accounts, and I’ve found it really helpful for aligning marketing and sales around the same priorities instead of working in silos.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The main downside is that it takes a while to really get comfortable with the platform—it’s pretty feature-rich, so there’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Some parts of the UI and reporting can also feel a bit clunky or not very intuitive, especially when you’re trying to build custom dashboards or pull quick insights.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s mainly solving the problem of not knowing which accounts to focus on and when to engage them. Instead of chasing a lot of low-quality leads, it helps identify high-value accounts that are actually showing intent and gives better visibility into the buying journey. That’s been useful for prioritizing efforts, improving targeting, and getting marketing and sales more aligned around the same accounts, which ultimately leads to better pipeline quality.

 ### 15. Powerful Insights, Pricey but Worth It

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyaw Zin Win K. | Service Guide

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really appreciate the powerful intent and data insights that Demandbase One offers, which are essential for running ads effectively. One of the standout features for me is the ability to uncover anonymous visitors. This capability is quite valuable because it provides the knowledge needed for making informed decisions when mapping out groups within targeted accounts.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is quite pricy, which can be a bit of a drawback. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve, but it's manageable if you have prior experience with ABM/ABX platforms.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One provides powerful intent and data insight, allowing me to uncover anonymous visitors. This knowledge enables informed decisions when mapping out groups within targeted accounts.

 ### 16. Powerful All-in-One Aggregator with Useful Intent Data, but Onboarding Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It's a great aggregator to have all the tools you need in one place, really streamlines the process of having to switch back and forth between multiple tools & accounts and instead let's you have everything you need in one place.

The intent data is also really useful, seeing which companies are actually showing buying signals makes a huge difference from working through cold leads and allows you to target your approach.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The onboarding process can be a bit better as a new user, the ammount of data and features can be overwhelming.

I also think the UI UX could be a bit more intuitive.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding out who matters when reaching out and when to engage with them, being able to see companies, if they're in the market and their intent.

It also solves whole sales and marketing disconnect, the biggest benefit is just focus and efficiency.

 ### 17. Easy Integration and Powerful Segmentation for Fast, Flexible Campaign Launches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | Loan Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Its features greatly simplify audience segmentation, and it’s also very easy to implement and integrate. I like that you can complete each task in different ways depending on your preferences, and that it lets you create and launch multiple campaigns. I especially appreciate how quickly and efficiently I can launch channel campaigns, while still having control over many of the details.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I’ve run into several issues when loading the control panel, and at times the application takes a long time to open. The registration process was also very slow, and it can sometimes feel a bit confusing.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me monitor the success of my campaigns and provide several ways to reach out to potential clients. They also help us build a specific candidate profile, which feels like the key to making the system so effective. Overall, it’s a very powerful solution, and the product is meticulously designed.

 ### 18. Unifies Teams Seamlessly for Integrated Success

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plaftform really helps in collecting behavioral signals from web activity, ads, CRM and other sources to target accounts which are actively in the market. By doing so, it gives you real time account and intent insights which means it gives you focus on actual opportunities.

 ### 19. Powerful ABM Tool with Complex Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sebin s. | Video Editing/Motion Graphics, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I love Demandbase One for its intent data and account insights. These features provide a clear picture of buying signals, which helps keep sales and marketing aligned on which accounts are truly worth pursuing. It also tells us which accounts actually matter, ensuring sales and marketing don't waste time on low-intent prospects. I'm particularly impressed by how it shows when accounts are actively researching relevant topics, allowing for better-timed outreach. This ensures that sales knows who's warming up while marketing can support those accounts with targeted campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It's really complex and expensive and it takes real time and resources to fully use. Smaller teams will struggle to get value without dedicated ops support. Moderately difficult. It took time.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One shows which accounts matter, helping sales and marketing focus on high-intent prospects. The intent data and account insights improve timing for outreach and align sales and marketing with clear buying signals.

While Demandbase One is a powerful platform, there is a learning curve, especially for new users. Some parts of the interface can feel a bit complex at first, and it takes time to fully unlock the value of all the features. Also, while the intent data is incredibly useful, occasionally the signal strength can vary, so it’s important to validate with additional research. That said, their support team and resources are helpful, and once you get up to speed, the platform delivers strong ROI.

Wasting time on accounts that aren’t in‑market;Lack of clarity about who to contact / who matters in the buying group;Fragmented systems and inconsistent data between sales & marketing;Manual, repetitive tasks / low signal‑to‑noise in outreach;Slow pipeline conversion / long sales cycles due to poor timing & messaging

I use Demandbase One to manage CRM effectively by consolidating engagement across channels. The dashboard helps me identify which platform performs best towards specific goals.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Expensive and complex! The pricing structure is on the higher side if compared to its competitors and the learning curve is extremely high for the beginners. If you are already aware and using the ABM software before than it is for you otherwise it takes time to get a hold of it for daily use and working around the data.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with the crm's is one of the best part of Demandbase One. Apart from that, the data and analytics is helping me in analyzing the accounts on which user is working on.

 ### 25. Game-Changer for ABM with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gowtham G.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

I value Demandbase One for its precise intent signals and ease in identifying high-priority accounts with buying interests. The orchestration and integration capabilities are exceptional, allowing us to seamlessly connect segments directly to Salesforce and other go-to-market tech stacks. This means that whenever there's an intent spike or an account qualifies, it syncs automatically with our campaigns, aiding the sales process effortlessly without manual intervention. Additionally, the platform centralizes intent, firmographics, and audience syncs, enabling us to run seamless account-based marketing campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Furthermore, the initial support and ongoing bi-weekly meetings with Demandbase's support team have been incredibly helpful in onboarding and maintaining our account, ensuring any issues are quickly diagnosed and resolved.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Some features of Demandbase One can feel complex for new users, which may create a steep learning curve initially. Specifically, the tool has lots of filters and attributes that can be overwhelming at first. While the tool offers limitless capabilities once mastered, the initial complexity might discourage new users or require significant time and effort to get accustomed to its full potential.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to centralize data across our GTM stacks, identify high intent accounts, and activate targeted campaigns efficiently, saving us from fragmented data issues and automating our sales process without manual effort.

 ### 26. A B2B marketing platform that's only as good as your 1P data

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Analytics dashboard (account highlights, intent, quick cards) provides both sales and marketers alike an easy-to-digest summary of what's going on with key accounts. From a marketer's standpoint, it allows us to understand which users are most engaged, which accounts are showing intent - providing a framework for 1:1 account syncs with sales.

Orchestration and audience management is simple to use, allowing marketers to build audiences for several campaign workflows and ensure users are being touched at the right time, with the right message. The LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, and next, Google, integrations help sync audiences with their appropriate campaigns and remove the need for direct to publisher uploads.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Adoption is ridiculously low across sellers, and we often hear that the amount of data is overwhelming. Engagement minutes, intent data, etc. aren't always well-accepted criteria for sellers that are managing large Enterprise accounts.

Additionally, activation of such data is a guessing game for reps, and suggested contacts to reach out to are typically C-level execs that are already on their radar.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Connectivity with sales - through our 1:1 account syncs, we've built a stronger relationship by helping the sales team realize their goals and hit their numbers. The dashboard provides a roadmap for which accounts/users to focus on in any given time.
2. Audience management - this is a major piece from a marketing perspective, allowing our teams to create audiences based on various attributes and intent, and automatically push those audiences to the right campaigns in the right platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, Demandbase One has helped us solve the challenge of identifying and targeting the right accounts with precision. It increases visibility into buying and engagement, allowing us to see high-value prospects..

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I wish learning how to transfer data was a bit simpler, as it can be confusing at first. It would also be better if the same songs didn't repeat so frequently. Occasionally, the screen takes some time to load, which can be a little frustrating.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables our representatives to make the most of their time, providing valuable support in their daily tasks. Its compatibility with our other products ensures a smooth workflow, and it has proven to be a reliable partner for our team. Additionally, it makes speed dialing much simpler.

I also appreciate the integration capabilities with tools like Marketo and SFDC, enhancing our workflow efficiency. Overall, my positive experiences have made Demandbase One indispensable for our account-based marketing efforts.

 ### 30. Streamlined Marketing Insights with Demandbase One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I appreciate that Demandbase One consolidates all of our data into a single platform, making it significantly easier for me to build lists compared to other tools like Salesforce and Marketo. This integration is particularly valuable as it streamlines the process of data compilation and analysis, enhancing efficiency in creating targeted marketing campaigns. I also enjoy the ease with which I can create orchestrations from these lists, making the collected information actionable. This functionality allows me to focus on accounts showing specific interest, such as those not currently our clients but who are exploring our entry-level products or visiting our pricing page. Demandbase One facilitates targeted advertising and direct outreach by integrating marketing communication strategies with the SDR team, proving itself to be a crucial tool in our marketing arsenal.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I find it challenging that Demandbase One requires accessing each intent keyword set individually, making it difficult to view all keywords in one place or export them efficiently. This limitation hinders my ability to ensure all necessary keywords are set up accurately. Additionally, the inability to right-click links and open them in new tabs is frustrating, especially when working with account and person data tabs, as it forces me to replicate and navigate through different tabs unnecessarily. Furthermore, the initial setup of Demandbase One is not straightforward due to the many moving parts, particularly with data orchestration. Organizing data within the platform can be quite a challenge, even though it's not entirely Demandbase's fault, as it’s a common issue with data-reliant tools.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to gain marketing insights, create targeted lists based on intent for campaigns, understand account interests, and integrate insights into our retention strategy and outreach.

 ### 31. Boosts Outbound Prospecting with Some Data Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase H. | Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. Setting up Demandbase One was pretty straightforward, which I found very convenient. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows content to be automatically distributed based on a variety of factors, which simplifies our process and increases efficiency. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations. We use Demandbase One in conjunction with HubSpot, and this combination works well for us.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I find the criteria to enter the account-based marketing program in Demandbase One problematic. The data regarding company revenue is often incorrect, and the employee count can be very inconsistent. This inaccuracy results in difficulties ensuring that our target accounts are correctly included and not unjustly denied based on faulty criteria.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to ensure complete coverage in outbound prospecting, enhancing brand awareness by targeting ideal customers, which significantly impacts our reach and allows us to engage efficiently.

I have no complaints; I especially appreciate being able to flag important companies, with the system then automatically monitoring them and providing me with daily updates.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has mainly helped improve segmentation, reach, and conversions, enabling me to identify accounts that show strong purchase intent and segment them accordingly. Organizing the email cadences provides a clear overview and practical structure, making it easier for me to monitor how potential customers engage with my emails.

 ### 34. Powerful ABM Platform with Exceptional Targeting and Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One has been the most helpful for its strong account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities. It provides deep firmographic, technographic, and intent data that helps identify high-value accounts and prioritize audiences more effectively. The platform also enables precise targeting, allowing campaigns to focus on accounts that are actively in-market, which improves the relevance and efficiency. I like how it supports cross-channel activation and measurement, making it very much easier to align media efforts with sales objectives and track account-level performance.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One of the main challenges with Demandbase One is its complexity and learning curve, the platform is tough to manage especially for new users. The interface can be confusing and people may misunderstand the platform. Data availability and accuracy can also vary by region, which sometimes limits scalability across markets. Additionally, reporting and integrations can feel rigid, and the platform is relatively expensive compared to alternatives, which may not be ideal for smaller budgets or teams.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us avoid spending time and budget on the wrong audiences by clearly identifying which accounts are actually showing interest. Instead of running broad B2B campaigns, it allows us to focus on high-value companies and the right decision-makers within them. This makes our targeting more relevant, improves engagement quality, and reduces wasted spend. Overall, it helps us run more efficient campaigns and better align our marketing efforts with sales goals.

 ### 35. Best-in-Class Tracking That Saves Time on Cold Calls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The tracking is honestly the best part. I don’t have to guess if someone is interested anymore. It’s saved me a ton of time on cold calls. Once you finally figure out how to use all the filters, it’s a beast.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It’s a huge pain to learn. Don't expect to just log in and get it. If your current customer list is a mess, this won't fix it—it’ll just show you a mess in a new format. Also, the reporting screens are kind of annoying if you like to play with your data.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It stops from wasting my breath on the wrong people so i can spend my energy closing the ones who actually want to talk.

 ### 36. Company & Industry Based Database

**Reviewed by:** Savitha Y. | Senior Client Solutions Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase helps to collect companies, and contacts in bulk. Helps in industry mapping which is useful to identify the companies falling under which industry. Contact Details like Phone Numbers, Emails, LinkedIn profiles will be useful to reach out to the customers.

It is used as company database by collecting the company details, industry overview, financial details, scoops and technology landscape etc.

Contacts are collected on department basis, which helps to select only required departments.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

While collecting contacts, it was observed, lot of redundant profiles are displaying by providing same contact from mulitple departments. Also frequent cross-checks are not being done for removal of contacts from companies who left, or updating if they have any role changes, which is resulting in non-accurate data from the whole list.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase helps us to collect companies, contacts in dump. Allows us to map the companies w.r.t industries which helps us to identify the required companies.

Contact Details (Phone Numbers, sometimes direct numbers, emails, LinkedIn profiles etc.) help us to reach to customers.

It is fairly easy to integrate, just connect with your CRM, GTM and Ad Accounts to build Audiences, Select Destination, Advertise and know hotspots in your Accounts. The Team is extremely supportive in setting it up, running Advertising Campaigns or understanding accounts. I have been using it almost daily since the day I took charge in my new role.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

While the platform's data tech is robust, I believe there is still room for UI / UX Improvement, additionally, they could also focus on cold emailing too as that aspect I haven't come across in the platform till now. Newsletters / Campaigns are covered though.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Demandbase, the strategic aspect of Marketing was lacking. Demandbase immediately brings a new perspective to your target audience, we started seeing Accounts instead of Visitors, and that is where we shifted to target accounts and contacts instead of just keywords and search terms. This gives a strategic edge, especially in our case where B2B organizational buying involves a longer buying process and multiple stakeholders. Demandbase helps identify, target, reach, advertise contacts relevant to you.

It gives me clear signals on which accounts are ready to buy, helps me find the right contacts quickly, and saves a ton of time on research. The real-time alerts and smooth CRM integration keep me focused on the hottest leads, making my outreach more effective and helping me hit my targets consistently.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Sometimes the data isn’t perfectly clean or up to date, which means extra effort is needed to validate contacts.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One solves the problem of identifying and prioritizing the right accounts for sales and marketing teams. It uses AI and intent data to show which companies are actively researching or ready to buy, so sales reps like me focus only on high-potential leads. This means less time wasted on cold outreach and more meaningful conversations with prospects who are already engaged.
