I am thoroughly impressed with the self-service and highly configurable nature of this system, which empowers us to generate quotes for even the most intricate models imaginable. Having previously dealt with a bespoke system that was not under my administration, I am unable to provide a direct comparison with competitors. However, the remarkable aspect of this system lies in its ability to swiftly accommodate even minor modifications, a task that previously necessitated the involvement of external developers.
The exceptional support offered by DealHub has been a game-changer for us. Their team's extensive expertise is readily apparent, as they consistently address our queries and concerns with proficiency. Notably, their adeptness extends to seamlessly integrating the system with our CRM, further streamlining our workflow.
In conclusion, the self-service capability, adaptability, and robust support from DealHub have truly transformed our quoting process. This system's potential to handle intricate models coupled with DealHub's knowledgeable assistance, including the seamless CRM integration, makes it an invaluable asset to our operations. While acknowledging DealHub's impressive track record with larger enterprises, it's evident that our company, though smaller in scale, occasionally encounters limitations within the system. As we explore the system's capabilities, there have been instances where we feel the boundaries are being stretched to accommodate our needs. While the feature enabling product exportation and bulk modifications is commendable, we find ourselves wishing for a more direct approach. Access to the backend database for edits would greatly expedite the process and simplify our workflow.
Furthermore, the absence of an option to export playbook configurations for batch edits is a notable shortcoming. Additionally, enhancing the system's comprehension of multi-system scenarios would greatly enhance its usability. We've encountered challenges where items from distinct systems within the same quote cannot be cross-referenced in the output document, which impacts the coherence of the final output.
It's worth mentioning that the output document, while functional, does appear somewhat cumbersome. Moreover, the DealRoom experience could benefit from a revamp. A comprehensive self-service configuration feature set would be highly advantageous, encompassing areas like email templates and other crucial aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My top three likes for Dealhub features are first and foremost prompt and diligent customer support, they're extremely agile and quick.
Then the united effort you experience from Dealhub to solve your business cases to bring intuitive, sometimes quite brilliant, solutions for the sales people that are the ones that use the Dealhub toolbox. Designing and implementing the process is possible through a very accessible, easy to use interface that relies on no- to low-coding solution which I appreciate. And additionally the integration to our CRM was very easy to setup for bi-directional relationships.
Lastly, the freedom you have to tweak the calculations, re-use data from your integrated CRM and make customization that favours downstream analysis, results in detailed and intuitive analytics for reporting and metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contract amendment / revisioning process has to be built. The time spent in a spreadsheet to manage the rules and logic for the product library, pricing and calculations can be signifcant if the sales process is complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub has a great UI and is easy to set up and implement compared to Salesforce CPQ. I really appreciate their great account managers and very responsive support team. Of all the vendors I've worked with they have the fastest and most thorough support system. I also really appreciated their DealHub University tutorials that have you build out a sandbox environment while following a step by step tutorial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While DealHub is easier to set up and maintain than other CPQ software it is still a complex tool and has a learning curve, especially when troubleshooting backend issues. When I was first learning to navigate DealHub all of the different tabs / views (Work Panel, Version Settings, Sales Mode, etc) were pretty confusing and sometimes I would struggle to remember how to navigate to the specific page I wanted. We’ve been using DealHub CPQ for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for our sales process. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for our team to generate accurate quotes and proposals in a fraction of the time it used to take. I particularly appreciate the customizable workflows, which allow us to tailor the system to fit our unique pricing and approval needs. Also shoutout to our customer success team who have all been incredibly helpful as we continue to refine our configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certain advanced features or tailored configurations may require workarounds or external support, which could be a consideration for teams seeking a more flexible solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dealhub's people are excellent. Sales and Implementation has been well supported and the support team is highly reactive and helpful.
The guided process within the product allows the sales team to see what they need to see and little else. It helps ramping new hires and reminding the established team how to quote.
The Dealroom has a professional layout.
The Executive team love the transparency of the approval process, it has also made it much easier for the sales team to know where the quote is within this process.
The HubSpot integration is solid. We have had thousands of quotes flow into HubSpot and only 1 or 2 have had any issues related to the integration. The documents are quickly attached to the deals.
The implementation team were great. It is not hard nor easy to implement , and we worked with them to build the "Playbook" (this is the backbone of the tool - the rules and structure). This enabled us to understand make changes on our own. It helps if you have a systems background, but you don't need to be a programmer.
It is used daily by our teams of Account Executives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The output documents are difficult to adjust without support from Dealhub - Dealroom and the PDF output documents. A word style editor would be very useful to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DealHub CPQ is a powerful and highly flexible tool that can be customized to meet specific business needs (a lot of features available). Its intuitive admin interface provides full control over configurations, making it easy to adjust processes and implement changes quickly. The native integration with HubSpot has significantly streamlined our quoting process and improved contract management.
Our sales team adopted the tool rapidly, thanks to its user-friendly design. Additionally, customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, our experience with DealHub CPQ has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are currently implementing DealHub Billing. While the tool offers valuable features, its back-end access is restricted, limiting customization capabilities for end users (very different from the DealHub CPQ experience). This dependency on DealHub's team for support and tailored solutions has made the implementation process lengthy, requiring several iterations with their development team.
To improve the experience, DealHub should invest in more robust communication tools and streamlined processes for gathering client requirements. Enhancing their delivery management processes would enable faster and more efficient execution of complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DealHub’s flexibility has made it simple for us to manage complex pricing setup needs. Whenever we have a new request or challenge, DealHub shows us a way forward. Our Customer Success Manager has been extremely supportive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we get the most from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Updating versions while handling multiple changes at once can be quite challenging, even if it’s not something we encounter regularly. We’ve also run into some issues with discount setups in certain instances. However, these are relatively minor concerns and not significant drawbacks overall. DealHub consistently impresses with its ease of setup, high customisability and intuitive user interface. Admins can quickly configure complex solutions, while sales teams enjoy a seamless quoting experience. The platform’s flexibility and polished UI make it a top choice for optimising CPQ processes. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about DealHub. If I had to find one area, it might be that its comprehensive feature set can feel overwhelming at first. However, this is a testament to the platform’s robust capabilities and with the excellent support and resources provided, it quickly becomes a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DealHub offers impressive customization without the need for extensive coding for every minor request. It’s user-friendly, allowing any admin to manage it with minimal training. The customer success team at DealHub is proactive, engaged, and readily available. Their support team is adept at handling a wide range of technical challenges. Our implementation experience with DealHub was seamless, collaborative, and easily integrated with our CRM and Salesforce admin team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement at DealHub is the approvers/reviewers panel, which could be more robust. However, it’s worth noting that DealHub 2.0 is actively working on enhancing this layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose DealHub for its remarkable flexibility, which enabled us to implement highly complex pricing logic seamlessly. As long-time users, we’ve consistently found that DealHub has a solution for every request we’ve brought forward. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it accessible even to non-admin users who can quickly become proficient. Additionally, the exceptional support from our Customer Success Manager has been outstanding—we couldn’t be more satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One minor inconvenience we’ve encountered is the versioning logic. Running multiple changes in parallel can be a bit cumbersome. However, since this scenario doesn’t arise frequently for us, it’s a small issue to be mindful of rather than a significant drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Platform management is pretty intuitive and provides extensive customization options for templates, workflows, and user permissions. The integration with Salesforce ensures data synchronization. Automated approval flows, document generation, and file syncing save significant time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sync error messages sometimes are not clear; no ability to assign playbooks automatically; poor templates' rich text customization, in a doc or email it may appear completely different; not extended quotes access permission, only depend on SF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
