Fast adaption, transparent pricing and great customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were early beta users and found some typos in the docs. These have been fixed within a short time period and we had no other problems since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
7 out of 8 Total Reviews for Dash0

We've been using Dash0 at catchHR for several months now, and it's been a real game-changer for us.
Dash0 combines tracing, monitoring and logging based on OpenTelemetry and packed in a beautiful UI. It really helps us to simplify our workflows.
Initial setup/integration and getting our data to Dash0 was as simple as it gets, thanks to the offered Dash0 operator. Only took a few minutes and it just worked. Even if you don't use the Dash0 operator, it's still an easy process e.g. thanks to auto-instrumentations etc.
What our dev team loves most about Dash0 during the daily usage is the UI/UX. It's incredibly well-thought-out and user-friendly, especially for developers, making it easy to navigate and find the data we need. They pay A LOT of attention to ensure a smooth user experience and it becomes clear once you use it for more than 5 minutes.
All in all it saves us lots of time and effort that we had before. And on top of that it's also really fast and reliable!
While some of the features are not there yet, the development team at Dash0 is very responsive and committed to continuous improvement. They really listen to customer feedback and work hard to provide regular updates. We are in close contact with them, and issues or requests raised are quickly put into action effectively. The level of support means the few missing features are much less of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing we currently dislike about Dash0. Like I said in another section, a few features are missing, but the development team does a great job with that, releasing updates very often and really being on top of customer feedback. Their responsiveness and commitment ensure that any problems and questions are quickly addressed, making it a non-issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dash0 was super easy to set up and start using. Within no time, it provided valuable insights into my applications, even helping me catch a few bugs early on. The user interface is quite intuitive, making monitoring and alerting straightforward. On top of that, the support team is exceptionally responsive—they quickly address questions, escalate issues to their tech team, and roll out fixes, sometimes in the same week as the issue was raised. If I have to say something, except one small UI issue I encountered once (and that have been fixed since), everything is going great.
Until now, no real downside for me ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not one single thing.
Dash0 builds on top of OpenTelemetry, an open standard for telemetry-data, supported by most modern tools nowadays.
No weird vendor-hacks needed to get something Instrumented, and great support in any Stack.
The way Dash0 uses the semantic conventions to organize your data really helps with accessibility.
Perses for dashboarding is a bliss and visualizing data is super easy.
All of this combined with great performance and a super-transparent pricing make Dash0 a serious Challenger for the established solutions in the APM space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't really anything to dislike, really. If I Had a free wish, i'd probably ask for pre-built (opinionated, obviously) Views for Common infra-services (like databases, messaging-systems, runtimes) to get you started with what you have and then customize from there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The native integration with OpenTelemetry is the single most important feature about Dash0, making it increadibly easy to implement observability in any environment without proprietary lock-in. The UI is especially focused for being keyboard and developer friendly. This allows users to quickly navigate to specific application and system data. Additionally, the active community support is a highlight as they are still developing the product at a fast pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being OpenTelemetry native has the downside that not every aspect of observability is fully available yet. For example, the tool currently lacks a mature RUM approach, which is crucial to understand real end-user behavior and transactions. This limitation can make it less comprehensive compared to more established observability solutions on the market that offer a wider range of features out of the box. But the huge potential for Dash0 is there to fill these gaps and still be in line with the whole OpenTelemetry ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Switching to Dash0 for monitoring, logs, and metrics has been a game-changer for our company. We use it every day. The platform's intuitive interface, powerful analytics, and seamless integration have significantly improved our operational efficiency. We couldn't be happier with the decision Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far so good! Nothing to complain as customer support is always there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely like the transparency of Das0's cost model, even at a very early phase of any project i can observe potential money wastings. Sometimes it just makes no sense to dump the same identical log information, which i will never ever use in any debugging scenario. Also i have to mention that the instrumentation of my workloads are absolutely trivial, so it's totally easy to start with the observability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, at least it's a SaaS, no on-Premise available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OpenTelemetry standard, plug and play, no hidden costs, extremely fast, great obvious design, great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
