The customer service team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I utlised Cutover at a previous company and when i then started a new role at a new company, working on the Migration Project Team, I was determined to get the application onboarded.

As expected it has proven invaluable since we acquired Cutover, using it to support many Dry Runs and Dress Rehearsals, refining each iteration as we progressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cutover?

Cutover is a technology platform designed to help organizations plan, orchestrate, and manage critical events such as software releases, data center migrations. Features I personally like are - Enhanced risk management and Real-time visibility and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutover?

Cost: Cutover is a subscription-based platform, which means that organizations must pay a fee to use it. Depending on the size of the organization and the number of events being managed, this cost may be significant.

Integration with existing systems: Cutover may need to integrate with other systems or tools that are already in use by an organization, such as IT service management (ITSM) or project management tools. This integration may require additional setup and configuration work.

Reliance on technology: Cutover is a technology platform, and as such, organizations may be vulnerable to technology failures or interruptions. This can be mitigated with appropriate backup plans and contingencies, but it is a risk to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cutover solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of coordination and visibility: One of the biggest challenges of managing critical events is coordinating the efforts of different teams and stakeholders. Also it has Manual and error-prone processes. It lacks proper documentation and analysis of new releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cutover?

1. Workflows in the workplace: is excellent and comes with templates. When you have a lot of complicated workflows with a lot of steps and directions, this simple feature gets really complicated. However, the same workflow can be utilized by duplicating and then constructing new workflows from the template once it has been created.

2. Observability of human and non-human work: can be accomplished at the company level using this tool. This is not an easy task, but Cutover can easily complete it. It has integration options, agents that can monitor it, and near-real-time reports to the central console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutover?

This tool has a steep learning curve. Due to the company's lack of an online presence and the fact that this platform is relatively new, it is challenging to find solutions to problems. However, Cutover's customer service is extremely helpful and almost always helps you find answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cutover solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use this tool for observability in order to maintain and even improve work efficiency. This gives us real insights into what is going on with the assets of the company, and dashboards help us envision and determine the next steps we can take to improve employees' efficiency.
