What do you like best about CustomerLobby?

Been with them for years, they integrate with Service Titan, which we use and that's the company who connected us. For extra review touches for customers and mailings for marketing they are good. We love the fact that they are integrated with Service Titan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CustomerLobby?

Wish they would advance a bit more with some of the restrictions or groups we want to exclude in mailings. And further fix that area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
