The Culture Cloud is very easy and simple to use, and we are able to customize it to include our own eCards and our own eCard reasonings attached. The platform provides a consistent and exciting way to appreciate Team Members on a personal basis and a company wide basis. Sending bulk Shout Outs is very easy and fast. The team that supports us is also always very quick to respond to emails and is there to answer questions and help think of and create new recognition initiatives. I appreciate the variety of options at my disposal when choosing to spend my rewards points. The interface defaults to items that your available balance can cover. Also, the customer service team is very repsonive. I had an issue with a lost gift card, and they replaced it once it was apparent that the card was gone forever. Culture Cloud is an easy way to thank your peers and business partners for going above and beyond their daily work responsibilities to help support a culture of community within the organization. It's always great to know when your work is appreciated! And the products available in the store to purchase with earned points are fantastic, highly desireable products. Not company branded pens or notepads like so many other companies offer as an incentive. Although being rewarded shouldn't be the primary driver for doing good work, it is a nice bonus to know that helping others and doing a great job has been seen and appreciated!

The customer service at O.C. Tanner is also top-notch. Whenever I have reached out with a question, the reply is always prompt and thoughtful. I recently had two work occasions where I was receiving a milestone reward. It is easy to order your reward and filter your selection to see items you may be more interested in. My first reward was delivered earlier than expected, which was great! The second item I was considering, I sent an inquiry as I wanted more information on the item.
