Easy to use system with a good range of attractive rewards available. I and my colleagues use it regularly. Have only ever once in several years encountered a problem and customer support proved responsive and effective. The enquiry was answered within a few hours and resolved almost immediately after that. The system has proved very popular and encourages employees to reward great work by their co-workers. I find Culture Cloud very informative, as a manager I have metrics about my teams usage that is helpful and relevant. It is easy to navigate and find what I need and in the off chance I don't, their customer service is fast, accurate and effective. The rewards are useful and meaningful and really mean something to the receipents. My team loves using the website, it is easy to use and the questions are insightful. This is an easy to use system, with a huge catalogue of high quality and trendy items. There are options to make donations, and to purchase gift cards or vouchers for your favorite stores. I use it often - not only to receive, but also to give points. it is exciting to receive a points award and jump into the catalogues. They offer a mobile app which works well. The options within Culture Cloud are almost endless and the system is so easy to use. There are so many ways to recognize great work and then the value for the points you collect make it worthwhile no matter what choice you make. When I did make a mistake ordering a gift card, they answered almost immediately and the support person was very professional, not only knew how to fix my issue, but took the time to adress it immediately so I didn't have to wait and wonder if it got done. I genuinely don't have any negatives or "could be improved"s - I think this is a great service. I've ordered dozens of products and have had one vender (not OC) ship 1 less of the item than intended. I haven’t encountered anything I truly dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner so far. The platform is intuitive, and the customer support experience has been excellent. However, one area for improvement could be adding more clarity around certain features. For example, when I saw the flag icon, there wasn’t an indication of what it was for. When I clicked it, my note was flagged without an option to unflag it myself, which caused some confusion. While customer support resolved the issue quickly, having tooltips, clearer explanations, or even more tutorials for navigating features like this would enhance the overall user experience. The way in wich we are able to spend our awards is so simple and the site is very user friendly. I moved since my last use of the site so I had to change my address. I love the idea that your peers and managers may give you a reward and a compliment that can be turned into gifts to treat yourself. They have a great diverse line of products to choose from with something for everyone and every point amount. The products are point priced fairly. The only downside I have found is the last item I used my points for was not what I expected and I proceeded with a return request and found out I am responsible for paying for shipping the item back.
