I find Culture Cloud very informative, as a manager I have metrics about my teams usage that is helpful and relevant. It is easy to navigate and find what I need and in the off chance I don't, their customer service is fast, accurate and effective. The rewards are useful and meaningful and really mean something to the receipents. My team loves using the website, it is easy to use and the questions are insightful. The plataform is really easy to navigate and by rewarding recognition of other colleagues you insentivise this culture of giving feedback to other who made a difference at work. I recently purcharsed some rewards using the plataform and the process was really smooth, with fast delivery and good tracking information. One of them was not as expected so I decided to return it. I find it easy and quick to recognzie my teammembers for things well done. It is best to recognize them immediately after the positive behavior/interaction and Culture Cloud allows me to do this. Whether it is recognizing them for a compliment they received from a customer or something I observed them doing, it is easy to recognize them quickly. really appreciate that!

I recently ordered a product through O.C. Tanner but upon receiving it, I discovered that it was defective. I was a bit concerned about the hassle of getting a replacement, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was through Culture Cloud Recognition and O.C. Tanner. I reached out to customer service, and they responded almost immediately. The representative was incredibly friendly, understanding, and reassured me that a replacement would be sent out right away.

I do not have any dislikes or concerns about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner. I have used the service many times through my employers recogntition system and have recieved the item quickly. Culture cloud by O.C. Tanner offers compaines a great way to recognize and reward team members. Employees are able to recognize their fellow co-worker's career milestones, and everyday wins as well. Also, the customer service provided is top tier Recently I had to contact O.C. Tanner's customer service team. The response time was amazing and my issue was quickly resolved. The downside to using Culture Cloud, is that consumers aren't able to recognize great service. I work in the healtcare industry, and it was always a pleasure to get comments from my patient's. It would be good if consumers were provided with information about Culture Cloud, so they could leave comments regarding their experience with the company/team member. Overall the service was easy to use because I was given a link with an access code to view my anniversariy gift catalog. I did not have to create a new user account, and I could easily share the link with my family so they could look at the choices and provide input to my selection. I did not order my choice of the anniversary reward right away because I was indecisive and later the item became unavailalbe. There was no other item that interests me. The selection of anniversary gifts was very slim and for the items I did order through O.C. Tanner for previous anniversaries, the quality was not very high. The items either came broken and a replacement had to be requested, or they broke after a short period of time after using. Also when I asked about the time limit to order my anniversary gift, I was given conflicting answers as if the customer service representatives lacked training and did not know the correct answer.
