I like the ability to add birthdays and anniversaries and the integration capabilities with Microsoft 365. Sakshi and Frank were awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were unsure about the legitimacy of the company at first but Sakshi provided references and everything worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mohammed Faqruddin is very responsive and knowledgeable about the app and sharepoint backend.
Knows his way around the Sharepoint backend by heart and was able to respond to all questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. App works as we expected when purchasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Directory looks excellent and the search features work well. Support is very quick at responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The menus are quite convoluted, it takes a long time to find the relevant option. There is a search but that requires knowing what the name of the setting is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HR365 Employee Directory is a great tool to improve the visibility and collaboration efforts of an organization. Quicklinks, Profile Information, Org. Chart are all very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation could be improved (Links missing, sometimes not enough information available to solve a issue) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our Employees love the web part, it's intuitive, easily searchable, and customizable. We went so far as to also implement a couple of custom web parts, and have been consistently impressed by the tenacity of their support team. Frank and the crew at ED 365 are committed to resolving any issues for us and have responded quicly to all of our quesitons. There are a surprising number of features available. When Microsoft implements a significant change in M365, it sometimes forces the staff at ED 365 to have to reprogram to ensure everything continues to function properly - but I'm guessing every company who writes for the M365 platform has the same challenges, so this isn't something ED 365 can likely control.
