Customer support is pretty fast, and good support.

What do you like best about HR365?

This app help me so I don't have to recreate the wheel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

I'm not too thrilled about the pricing model. I'm over 300 users and unless I filter my results I'm needing to purchase more licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR365?

The engineer was exceptional, service was excellent. He was very thorough and spent time discussing my case over a screenshare. Then he showed me all the things I needed to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None. There was nothing I disliked about the service at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an easy method to traverse our user profile directory, and there is nothing built into our Office 365 other than Delve which doesn't have an easy to use Web Part that we wanted to store in our intranet. What do you like best about HR365?

We absolutely adore the user-friendly nature of HR365 Directory. It's incredibly easy for all our staff to use on a daily basis. Moreover, the sleek layout is not only visually appealing but also easy on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR365?

Live syncing from Office365 records, clean layout, flexible search filters, and employee cards make it a favorable software for almost every type of organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

Wish the application came as a standard with an Office365 license. The ability to add custom colors to the themes card could be a good addition. Also, view options could work at the user level rather than the admin level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could easily find my colleagues working in different departments using the department and location filters. Quick connect buttons allow direct connection with colleagues using teams, outlook, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
