What I like best about CrossChq is everything that is happening behind the scenes. It only takes a minute to set up a reference check for a new candidate and the only other thing I need to do is wait for the results. I look forward to our monthly meetings on the product and how it is working for us. I also like that they consider my suggestions for future improvements. I also appreciate the IP address and detemining if there could be fraudalent activity, as this has really helped the Supervisors determine if they want to move forward with a candidate.
