I don't feel heard by the staff at Victig. We had a very thoroughly outlined plan for our background checks based on the information we were given through the intorduction and sales process. When it came to reality, though, we didn't have a lot of what we really needed -- without spending more money. The process is very easy and strightforward, puts the work on applicants instead of manually entering information yourself. The turnaround time is generally pretty quick especially for motor vehicle reports. It's also great that they provide updates on delays. We got off to a bumpy start when we first transitioned to VICTIG. However, through good communication, we're in a good spot. Whenever I reach out for status updates, the responses are very quick. We learned and adjusted as we encountered things for the first time. We worked through some initial billing bumps as well. Great integration with UKG Pro. We were able to build in a separate process in the event of a negative dilute drug test result so that the VICTIG team handles the applicant outreach which is great for me as the employer. We have mostly west coast employees and some in very rural areas. I wish the hours went later for the west coast.
