## Crossbeam Reviews
 ### 1. Crossbeam Makes Partner Onboarding and Opportunity Discovery Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gloria L. | Partnerships Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

As part of the partner management team, Crossbeam helps identify priority and actions easily, facilitate partner onboarding, and helps identify opportunities which can be translated into SQL. Interface and integration set up is quite easy and straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The notification to slack specifically is not customisable, which is a key for extending the insights within Crossbeam to a wider group of audience in my organisation, including sales and SDR. For example, if we can include a link to the salesforce opportunities directly that will help, now it only show the links to Crossbeam account which is not always helpful. Some of the feature like partner scores seem interesting but it is not available for my network, then it does not really help. Some feature or the platform itself still strongly dependent on usage in my network.

Also, the ROI is defintely stronger at the onboarding stage, but less beneficial in terms of BAU workflow. I find it harder to show and prove the value after the first few months. Also there are limited features in helping to track actions per deal.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly identify overlapping accounts and opportunities is definitely still the most helpful one. Saving a lot of time in onboarding a new relationship, identify focus and actions.

 ### 2. Crossbeam Supercharges Partnership Co-Selling and Lead Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara F. | Alliances Cosell and Lead Generation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I like best about Crossbeam is how it simplifies and accelerates partnership co‑selling and lead generation. It allows us to quickly identify shared accounts, relevant account executives, and detailed account information across our partner ecosystem—without waiting hours or days to make manual connections.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike about Crossbeam. If anything, some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities can take a bit of time to fully master, especially for new users. Occasionally, aligning data across different partner systems requires some initial setup and fine‑tuning. That said, these are minor points, and the continuous product improvements and responsiveness of the support team make the experience very smooth overall.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam solves the challenge of partner data silos and slow, manual co‑selling coordination. Before using Crossbeam, identifying shared customers or prospects, finding the right account executives, and aligning with partners often took days of back‑and‑forth communication.
With Crossbeam, we gain instant visibility into overlapping accounts across our partner ecosystem, along with clear ownership and account intelligence. This enables us to move quickly on co‑selling opportunities, escalate active deals, and engage the right stakeholders without delays.
The platform also helps us identify whitespace accounts and expansion opportunities, align on cross‑sell strategies across regions and sales teams, and track follow‑ups from events and campaigns. Being able to upload and map lead and customer data such as matching Citrix customers with IGEL and Omnissa prospects provides real, actionable insights.
Overall, Crossbeam significantly improves speed, transparency, and effectiveness in partner collaboration, helping us generate more qualified leads, prioritize high‑value opportunities, and drive revenue together with our partners.

 ### 3. Next-Level Account Mapping and Stronger Partner Relationships with Crossbeam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary H. | Alliance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has helped my team "next level" accounting mapping. It's allowed us to easily identify target accounts with our mutual partners and deepen and strengthen relationships across our ecosystem much easier than manual tools. It connects directly with our Salesforce to get the most relevant data in front of our partners so our relationships are mutually beneficial. I also want to highlight the specific support we get from our Account Manager, our entire team feels like he works for us, he's a champion for our company within Crossbeam and enables us to use this tool more effectively. The new training and support we get from their team is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There's not much to dislike about crossbeam, but if I could have one small complaint, is that sometimes the pages take a little bit to load so you'll need to wait and refresh.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam helps reduce the manual effort of account mapping with partners. It's got an easy to use visual interface that displays overlapping accounts in a grid format instead of having to page through data. It's also providing us insights into potential customers on our target lists like how likely are they to buy, helps us navigate deals, and provides useful play by plays to help our account execs win more deals with partner support.

 ### 4. Real-Time Customer and Prospect Insights That Streamline Co-Selling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naum K. | Partner Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam gives our sales and ops teams real-time visibility into shared accounts with our partners, eliminating manual reporting, redundant outreach, and the back-and-forth of chasing down partner information. The Salesforce widget is a standout feature for our sellers — it surfaces relevant partner overlap directly in their workflow, enabling faster introductions, warmer co-selling conversations, and shorter sales cycles. The Slack integration rounds out the experience by delivering instant notifications on account crossover, keeping our team informed without any extra effort. Maintenance and updates are quick and painless on our end. Our Customer Success manager has also been a consistent resource, proactively surfacing features we hadn't yet explored. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Crossbeam and are actively looking to expand our usage.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

One area worth improving would be the introduction of usage-based licensing as an alternative to the current seat-based model. We find ourselves allocating licenses to team members who need occasional access but do not use the platform frequently enough to justify a dedicated seat. A consumption-based or flexible access tier would better reflect how tools like Crossbeam are actually used across a broader organization.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam has helped us move deals faster by giving our team immediate visibility into which partners are best positioned to support a given opportunity. Rather than manually triaging outreach, we can quickly identify and loop in the right partners and internal team members at the right stage of the sales cycle. The result is more partner sourced pipeline, stronger co-selling motion, and less time lost to coordination overhead.

 ### 5. Crossbeam Delivers Seamless Integrations, Reliable Performance, and Clear Partner Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | Global Technology Partnership Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The visibility across a large swath of partners makes this truly fluid, actionable, and easy to use. The UI/UX is simple, intuitive, and helpful when you do get stuck. All the integration capabilities are wonderful, from Salesforce direct integration to AI MCP integrations, the platform allows you to operate as fluidly as your business requires. We would be spending countless hours doing manual processes without Crossbeam. The system is also exceedingly reliable, we've never had any down time or issues logging in, truly a huge value add and something we constantly see ROI on. The support team is also always there to help us, even if we have a new employee, the Crossbeam team is there to help from their hands on approach to their learning academy. Integrating AI into Crossbeam has been easy, utilizing our company instance of things like Claude and ChatGPT has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Sometimes the fuzzy matching from one partner Salesforce to our own can be challenging because our verbiage does not always line up with everyone elses.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale, we can go further and reach more unique partners in a given day or week than ever before. It also surfaces truly relevant information that can instruct our teams to collaborate more effectivley with our top partners.

 ### 6. Intuitive Platform That Boosts Outreach Efficiency and Uncovers New Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin M. | Corporate Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Navigating the platform is super intuitive. Being able to connect our databases for overlaps allows us to be more efficient in our outreach. We are still early in our use of Crossbeam and we are finding more and more ways to use it as time goes on. The Crossbeam team was super helpful in getting everything set up for us, and sharing best practices. We have already sourced 5 net new deals from it, so now just a matter of closing them.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There were certain fields that were shared with us from our partners that were not able to be mapped over into our CRM, which could have streamlined our workflow more.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam gives us insight into our warmest customers and gives us data that we never were able to access. The investment for us was no brainer when we look at cost and the potential ROI of the solution.

 ### 7. Clear, Actionable Partner Overlap Insights That Power Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron L. | Director of Alliances, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I like most about Crossbeam is how clearly it shows partner overlap in a way that’s actually actionable, so we can focus on the right accounts. I use it every day to map accounts with partners, identify key contacts, and uncover new GTM opportunities. Overall, it makes collaborating with partners more efficient and far more data-driven. I find the overall functionality very intuative as well.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

At times, it takes some effort to keep data fully up to date across partners, and the overall value really depends on how actively both sides maintain their data. There’s also an opportunity to make insights easier to surface and faster to act on—for example, with more proactive alerts or dashboards that highlight key overlaps, new contacts, or GTM opportunities without having to dig through multiple views.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the beginning of this year, we were evaluating our partner tooling and looking for places to cut back. I was asked, “If you could only keep one tool, which one could you not live without?” I chose Crossbeam.

It solves a big problem for us: not having clear visibility into partner overlap. Instead of guessing where we align, it shows exactly which accounts we share and helps clarify where to focus. In practice, that means I can prioritize the right accounts, identify key contacts through partners, and move much faster on real GTM and co-sell opportunities.

 ### 8. Crossbeam Turns Partner Data into Precision GTM and Smarter Outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique G. | Co-Founder & Lead Web Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I like most about Crossbeam is how it turns partner data into an actual decision-making layer, not just a reporting tool.

It acts as the flashlight in our GTM system. Instead of guessing who to target, we can clearly see where real overlap and opportunity exist across our ecosystem.

The biggest impact has been on outbound efficiency:

We prioritize accounts based on partner overlap, not static lists
We align sales + partnerships around the same targets
We remove a lot of the “spray and pray” motion

It creates tighter partner alignment because both sides are working from shared data, which makes co-selling actually executable.

Net-net: Crossbeam helps you move from volume-based outbound to precision-based GTM.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

What Crossbeam does really well is surface the right opportunities, but acting on that data still requires stitching together other tools and workflows and that's ok, that's just how things work

Right now your able to move Accounts to target in an automated fashion. I would also like to see Crossbeam enable us to export contact data as well, I think that is the next thing they should work on.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Crossbeam, outbound was largely guesswork. We were relying on static lists, generic intent data, and spending a lot of effort on accounts that weren’t actually in-market or relevant.

Crossbeam solved the core problem of who to prioritize by giving us visibility into real partner overlaps and shared customers. Instead of targeting broadly, we could focus on accounts where there was already ecosystem signal.

That changed a few things immediately:

- We moved from volume-based outreach to precision targeting
- Sales and partnerships started working from the same account lists
- Messaging became more relevant because it was grounded in shared context

The biggest benefit has been efficiency and pipeline quality.

We’re spending less time researching and more time engaging the right accounts which translates directly into higher conversion rates and more meaningful pipeline.

 ### 9. Crossbeam, the answer to all your account mapping problems!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach B. | Strategic Partnerships Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I’ve found most valuable about Crossbeam is how it brings structure to something that’s usually pretty messy—partner data. Account mapping is typically a manual, one-off exercise that depends a lot on back-and-forth and guesswork. Crossbeam simplifies that and turns it into something you can actually build into your day-to-day workflow.

It makes it much easier for both Sales and Partnerships to stay aligned without adding extra overhead. Instead of chasing spreadsheets or one-off requests, you have a consistent way to see where there’s real overlap and where to focus. That alone has made collaboration with partners a lot more practical and repeatable.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is only as good as the partners that you have using it and the data they share with you. That's not an issue with Crossbeam but important to know before you get started.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges in building a scalable partnerships motion is simply knowing where to focus. Without clear visibility into account overlap, teams are often operating on assumptions—relying on anecdotal input from partners, outdated spreadsheets, or one-off requests to try and identify where there may be opportunity. This creates inefficiency on both sides and leads to missed opportunities, duplicated efforts, or poorly timed outreach.

Crossbeam helps solve this by bringing real-time visibility into account mapping. Instead of guessing where there’s alignment, we can clearly see shared customers, active opportunities, and whitespace across our partner ecosystem. That level of transparency allows us to prioritize accounts with the highest likelihood of success and engage partners with a clear, data-backed point of view.

 ### 10. Secure Data Escrow and Easy Partner Overlap Insights Backed by Responsive Support!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Head of Affiliate Partnerships & ELG/Nearbound, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam makes it easy to connect with companies and explore overlap counts, and then go deeper at a pace I can control, all while Crossbeam holds our data securely 'in escrow'. Their account management and support team is also awesome, very responsive and always willing to help whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

It feels murky when other companies aren’t on Crossbeam. There should be some kind of incentive layer for us to “sell” other companies on joining Crossbeam, or at least a way to grant them temporary access when they’re directly invited.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, it helps us determine whether it makes sense to go deeper on a partnership. And for partners we’ve already identified as a great fit for us, it helps us identify mutual customers and then show those partners that Us + Them = Additional Value for our shared customers. More than either of us can deliver alone.

 ### 11. Crossbeam Turns Partner Overlap into Actionable Co-Sell Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph C. | Sr. Partner Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is most valuable as a shared data layer that brings clarity to partner overlap, active opportunities, and where to focus joint go-to-market efforts. It turns what is typically anecdotal partner knowledge into something actionable.

I especially like how easy it is to identify account overlap and use that to enrich target lists for outbound sales plays. It removes the guesswork and helps prioritize partners and accounts with real alignment. It’s also strong in active sales cycles. Being able to map opportunities with partners enables warmer introductions and more coordinated co-sell motions, which is critical in complex deals.

From a broader perspective, it helps shift partnerships from reactive to proactive by highlighting which partners are actually driving value and where to double down strategically.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Like many SaaS platforms, Crossbeam does roll out UI/UX updates that can take some adjustment, especially if you’re a frequent user and workflows change.

That said, this has been handled well. Their customer success team is proactive in reaching out, walking through updates, and providing demos of new features and interface changes, which helps minimize disruption and ensures teams continue to get value from the platform.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crossbeam every single day. Crossbeam solves the lack of visibility and alignment in partner ecosystems, how I used to do things before in spreadsheets that took hours and hours to maintain. Without it, identifying shared accounts, coordinating with partners, and prioritizing co-sell efforts is manual, inconsistent, and often based on incomplete information.

For us, it provides a clear, data-driven view of where we overlap with partners, which directly improves how we build target account lists and execute sales plays. It also strengthens active deal execution by validating partner involvement and enabling more strategic collaboration.

The net benefit is better signal, stronger partner alignment, and more efficient execution across both sales and partnerships, ultimately leading to higher-quality pipeline and more effective co-sell outcomes.

 ### 12. Makes Partner Vetting Easy with Overlap Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory S. | CEO & Co-Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Makes my job easier! I can vet out a partnership with the overlap data, make sure our ICP's align, before putting in hours in legal for partner agreements and more.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I don't care for the way they showcase the overlap data. I honestly hate the boxes/grid. I preferred the way Reveal looked.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partner acquisition: Before spending hours on the partnership, I can get an NDA signed, Crossbeam connected and see if our ICP's align. If they don't, we don't partner
Partner Marketing: Once connected I can get our marketing team on the customer overlaps to determine which ones we can leverage for case studies or customer stories. We can also email our prospect data base to drive net new revenue for both companies.
Co-sell: Easy to look at our customers & their opportunities and vice versa to help each other close deals in the active pipeline

 ### 13. Crossbeam Makes Partner Overlap Tracking Actionable—With Reliable Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis L. | Head of GTM Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has become a core part of how we manage our partner ecosystem. The overlap tracking is genuinely useful; it surfaces actionable intelligence that helps us prioritize which partner relationships to invest in and where there's real pipeline potential. Rather than guessing at alignment, we have visibility into where our book of business intersects with partners, which has strengthened those relationships meaningfully.

The Salesforce integration has been reliable and fits cleanly into our existing workflow. Having overlap data reflected in SFDC means the intelligence is available where our team is already working, without requiring a separate process to operationalize it.

For pipeline sourcing specifically, Crossbeam has helped us identify opportunities we likely would have missed or pursued less efficiently without the partner lens. It's added a measurable dimension to how we think about growth.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The primary area for improvement is account matching accuracy. Crossbeam's matching logic is largely website-based, which means formatting inconsistencies and protocol variations (e.g. http vs. https, trailing slashes, www vs. non-www) can result in accounts that should match failing to do so. For teams with large or messier CRM datasets, this can mean some overlap goes undetected without manual cleanup upstream.

This isn't a dealbreaker — the platform delivers real value despite it — but improved fuzzy matching or additional matching vectors (like domain normalization or company name fallback) would meaningfully increase confidence in the completeness of overlap results.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Crossbeam, getting visibility into partner overlap required manual effort — ad hoc conversations, spreadsheets, and a lot of back-and-forth that didn't scale. Crossbeam centralizes that process and makes overlap data available in a structured, repeatable way.

The bigger benefit for us has been how cleanly it fits into our existing tech stack. The Salesforce integration in particular means partner intelligence is surfaced where our team is already working, rather than living in a separate tool that requires a separate workflow to act on. That kind of frictionless integration is harder to find than it sounds, and it's what makes the platform actually get used rather than just purchased.

For a lean GTM operation, having a tool that delivers value without creating operational overhead is the real win.

 ### 14. Crossbeam Makes Account Mapping and Partner Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel O. | Head of Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is exactly what makes my work—my job—possible. It allows me to do account mapping, collaborate with partners, identify opportunities when they come up, and keep things moving.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

It’s one of the best products for partnership professionals and ecosystem professionals. That said, there are times when I think it could be improved. When companies don’t have clean CRMs, they can end up with a lot of garbage data in the system, and that creates confusion. For the most part, though, if you do the job right and qualify properly, you’ll find the opportunities you’re looking for.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will primarily help me with account mapping, understanding what the feeds are with partners, and activating customer segments very fast and quickly. It’s great for all of that.

 ### 15. Crossbeam is a must have tool for every partner team globally.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Simply put, crossbeam uncovers really valuable ecosystem data allowing us to build a nearbound strategy off the back of this data. Its proven to be some of the most impactful signal data globally.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

An amazing tool doesnt just uncover data, but allows you to action this data in an automated, AI enabled manner; i think all partner tech has a way to go in this manner based truly on how partner teams (especially enterprise partner teams) use this data at scale.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Visibility tech stack data to feed into nearbound strategy (marketing + sales)
- Insights into tech stack data enabling a platform strategy built off both integration & usage and tech stack
- Visibility into solution partners install base; particularly when qualifying new potential partners to join the SP program
- Insights into service partners install base; gap analysis, market, partner type penetration and where to prioritise & focus.

 ### 16. Valuable Customer Overlap Insights with a Tidy, Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Being able to unlock customer overlap and quickly see whether a partnership really has legs before doing heaps of work on it is genuinely valuable. The UI on the main overlap screen is super tidy and intuitive, which makes it easy to get what you need at a glance.
I personally have had no issues with the performance of the platform

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Some of the reporting interfaces are a bit hard to use, and it isn’t always clear where to find certain information or how to pull it (Greenfield Data). I dont handle the pricing conversations so i cannot talk to that.
Although being limited to the amount of users we can have to access Crossbeam is frustrating especially when wanting to have better utilisation across the wider organisation and making sure we are getting the best ROI out of the platform.
The interation with Saleforce is a clunky, unsure if thats just the way it has been set up on our side, but I would love it if its more promonent for AE's and AM's to see the overlap, as curently it feels very hidden

The other problem I run into is the security aspect of the platform. I personally trust the security, but when talking to organisations, just directing them to the Security Page sometimes isnt quite enough. If there are contacts we can directly intro to them at Crossbeam to talk through these items with that would be super helpful

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing the ROI of the Partnership before sinking hours into it

 ### 17. Crossbeam Accelerates Partner Evaluations and GTM Planning.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is a highly valuable tool throughout the partnership development lifecycle. The level of sharing control, along with enterprise-grade security, allows me to rely on Crossbeam as a trusted tool from the very start.

The settings are easy to configure and roll out, and I can connect it quickly to the CRMs I use internally. I’m also able to start small with partners as we prove value together, rather than having to jump straight into heavy NDAs and data rooms just to get the same level of insight. What used to take weeks can now be done in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The tool is largely restricted to what’s happening at that moment in time, and it lacks reporting that would let you monitor holistic growth. You can work around this if you’re proactive, but overall it feels like a very forward-facing tool.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam enables me to evaluate the potential of a prospective partnership from day one by showing the aggregate volume of overlaps across our matrix of customers, open opportunities, and prospects. That visibility helps me determine what the initial value of the partnership should focus on (i.e., one-way referrals, two-way referrals, enabling shared customers, etc.). Then, once I have the right agreements in place, I can advance select partners and share specific pieces of data about overlapping customers. It gives me granular control over what’s shared, without having to hand over some of our most sensitive data.

 ### 18. Crossbeam Makes Account Mapping and Co-Sell Motions Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Account mapping is the standout feature — instead of spending weeks reconciling spreadsheets to find where our books of business overlap, Crossbeam surfaces those overlaps immediately. It keeps partner conversations focused on the accounts that matter and directly accelerates co-sell motions.

The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, which matters when you're pulling it up mid-conversation with a partner. The Salesforce integration works seamlessly and keeps everything connected to where deals actually live. Performance is consistently fast and reliable — I've never had it slow me down. And when I've needed support, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Two things worth knowing going in: first, getting partners to fully adopt the platform takes upfront effort — the value compounds when both sides are actively using it, so plan for an onboarding lift with each new partner. Second, the tool is only as good as the data in your CRM. If your Salesforce records are incomplete or out of date, the account mapping reflects that — and there's not much Crossbeam can do about it. Neither of these are deal-breakers, just things to set expectations around.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem is alignment speed. In co-sell work, timing is everything — a deal can move or stall while you're still figuring out who knows whom. Crossbeam collapses that discovery process. We now walk into partner strategy conversations already knowing which accounts to prioritize, which removes friction that used to cost us weeks and makes every co-sell motion sharper from the start.

 ### 19. Crossbeam Streamlines Partner Matching With Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | Global Head of Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is the best application for matching a partner's customers and opportunities to ours. It integrate seamlessly with Salesforce greatly speeds of the process of coordination and collaboration with partners. Product pricing is reasonable, in the UI/UX is very intuitive. In addition, their support both pre and post sale one solid and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I have not tested their AI yet, so I can't like or dislike it at this time.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped tremendously with enabling our sales team to collaborate with our partners and speed of the time to close. Our sales team is able to see who our customers Partners are in salesforce, and Crossbeam also allow us to identify the customer contact as well as the account manager at our partner for each client.

 ### 20. An Essential Daily Tool for Partnership Planning and Partner Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | Director Partner Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

It's an essential tool for Partnerships. I use it daily and I cannot imagine my role without it. It has become a fundamental part of my job and how I plan, engage and go to market with partners.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Sometimes the platform is not absolutely instantaneous when showing in Salesforce, but to qualify this I am talking a couple of seconds before data appears in Salesforce with the integration.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the relative value of working with specific partners. Helping the sales teams align on accounts. Collaborating on joint customers. It;'s the rapid identification.
The AI and the suggestions are becoming increasingly better.

 ### 21. Easy-to-Use Layout That Quickly Highlights Collaboration Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen T. | Technical Support Consultant and Technical Author, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Ease of use and the simple layout that allow you to see very quickly, where the biggest opportunities for collaboration lie.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Difficult to share all of the insights with partners; the views I can see are great, but the list views are difficult to share when I've customised them and I tend to find I have to export the results to Excel first and share them that way.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to identify partner organisations that have a base of customers we can work together on to identify new opportunities to grow our mutual customer base. It means I can spend more time with the biggest opportunities.

 ### 22. Crossbeam Delivers Intuitive Partner Insights, Strong Integrations, and Superior Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estee P. | Head of Global Alliances, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam allows for optimized engagement across our partner ecosystem. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, I've yet to run into an issue with an integration for a tool (and we have a lot). Consistent performance, solid pricing, and superior support both when we initially rolled the tool out and continued support over the years. I've recently started dabbling in their AI features and love the proactive suggestions and overall partnership insights.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

No official complaints thus far - I've been using the tool regularly for 8 months now.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam allows me to focus my limited team's bandwidth effectively across the ecosystem, quickly identifying partners that have high probability to produce joint pipeline and closed revenue.

 ### 23. Account Mapping Made Easy with Crossbeam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek C. | Director of Technology Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Account Mapping Made Easy. It truly eliminates the tedious, time-consuming work of aligning accounts, which has made it much easier for us to evaluate potential partners and kick off co-GTM initiatives. I also really appreciate the functionality we’ve built to bring data into our SFDC instance, so we can use it for reporting.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

We work with both tech partners and agency partners. Our agency partners often aren’t going to invest in a paid version of Crossbeam, so it can be challenging at times to collaborate when key features are gated behind a paid plan.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get a full picture of the ecosystem, which lets us identify GTM opportunities with partners and evaluate potential partners more effectively.

 ### 24. Crossbeam Scales Partner Support Without Scaling Team Costs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Senior Manager, Technology Partner Program, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

We have thousands of partners and no efficient way to support them all directly with partner coverage. Crossbeam gives us the ability to scale partner support to our sellers without scaling the cost of the partner team

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Not everyone is on Crossbeam yet but the team there has made it easy to get their data into our systems, provide free accounts and even upgrades for our partners, and support partners that want to lean in.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Unruly account mapping processes that were not scaling, not timely and not actionable
2. Puts all partner data in one spot
3. Allows us to integrate with our current toolset to bring partner signals to our sellers in an efficient way.

 ### 25. Crossbeam Account Mapping Saves Hours and Supercharges Co-Selling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam’s account mapping functionality saves us hours of time, helping our channel and sales teams quickly and easily engage the right partners, to support more productive co-selling.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There are many ways to interact with the system - through salesforce widgets, salesforce reporting, and directly in the Crossbeam UI. Plus data is being shared across systems so you need to delineate between data that you are sharing, and data that a partner is sharing with you. This can all be confusing - but their customer success organization is extremely responsive and helpful, and they will help you create the best solution for your use case. Use them to help you!!

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly map accounts with our partners, which helps us co-sell more effectively. When we’re trying to penetrate an account and we see that one of our partners is already there, it becomes much easier to build a strong use case. Even better, it improves our relationships with our partners, because we can help them penetrate accounts that they don't have yet.

 ### 26. Efficient account mapping that scales with fast growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The ability to automate our account mapping process across multiple business use cases within our org, and have that data integrated into tools like Salesforce. We have hundreds of sales people globally. The automation has helped us scale. We've also been able to enhance our new partner evaluation process with better commercial data. Crossbeam data makes it easy to see where there are customer and open pipeline overlaps so we can determine which integrations have the highest revenue potential.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

This isn't a dislike but I'm looking forward to the enhanced AI features coming out H1 this year. It will make automation, intelligence, and decisions easier for every-day-users.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam's value has exceeded far beyond "the death of vlookups." We have the ability to decide which data within Crossbeam can be reflected in systems like Salesforce and other important tools tied to SFDC. This means Crossbeam data and insights are consumed directly from Partnerships, Sales, BD, and other functions with little-to-no bottleneck.

 ### 27. Easy Account Mapping and Seamless Co-Sell Motions with Crossbeam

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is very easy to use for account mapping and for getting into co-sell motions. I’ve been using the platform for over three years, and the team continues to innovate while adding meaningful value to partnership workflows.

Navigation, setup, and implementation all feel seamless, which makes it straightforward to get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The freemium version has become a bit limiting, but there is an offer to do a 7-day trial so you can see how the paid version can help with parenthood.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Crossbeam, account mapping was an extremely tedious process for us. We were usually working out of Excel, which was time-consuming, hard to keep up to date, and raised data privacy and security concerns.

With Crossbeam, the live sync with our CRM completely changed how we operate. Getting access to accurate data is now seamless, and our conversations with partner teams are much more intentional. As a result, we spend significantly more time on strategic co-sell conversations and far less time on manual, administrative work.

From an integration standpoint, Crossbeam fits very well into our existing CRM stack. Setup was straightforward, and once everything was connected, the data has stayed current without ongoing maintenance. It’s saved our team hours each week and given us much more confidence in the data we’re sharing with partners.

 ### 28. Essential for Partnership Synergy and Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trish R.

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

I utilize Crossbeam to create synergy across my ecosystem relationships. As a VP of Partnerships, having visibility to joint customers and potential prospects we can work together is extremely valuable. Account mapping is necessary when establishing credibility with customers and bringing value to joint integrations for use case verification. I'm a HUGE fan of this product and continue to recommend it to partner teams and companies that struggle with no visibility in this area of their business. I appreciate the ease of use and the detail it provides to me and my team. The visibility it gives me where I have immediate momentum with my partners is invaluable. The variety of views based on account access is always valuable.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

N/A

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crossbeam to create synergy across ecosystem relationships, providing visibility to joint customers and prospects. It's essential for account mapping, establishing credibility, and bringing value to integrations. It's easy to use, offers valuable insights, and is a tool I'm a huge fan of.

 ### 29. Crossbeam Turns Partner Overlaps Into Actionable Revenue—Fast and Secure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I like most about Crossbeam is how quickly it turns partner overlaps into actionable revenue plays, without forcing anyone to share their entire customer list.

Secure account mapping – It works like a “data escrow,” showing only overlaps. That way, both sides can keep their full books private while still identifying shared customers, open opps, and prospects.

Fast identification of where to co-sell – The dashboards make it easy to spot shared customers, target accounts, and whitespace, so you can prioritize where partners can realistically help move pipeline and drive expansions.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Data freshness & coverage are only as good as the partners’ ops
If a partner’s CRM is messy or their sharing rules are conservative, overlaps can look thin or out of date, which makes AEs distrust the signals.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam solves the problem of not knowing which partners to work with on which accounts, and when, by giving a live view of customer/prospect overlaps and feeding that data into Salesforce dashboards and ELG views. That lets me quickly see where AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or SIs are already in an account, who owns it on their side, and where there’s net-new or expansion opportunity—so I can prioritize the right partner for each motion instead of guessing. Because this shows up directly in seller/CS workflows, it’s much easier to drive adoption, turn overlaps into concrete next-best actions, and then prove partner impact on sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.

 ### 30. Valuable Client Insights That Make Crossbeam a Must-Have for Sales Managers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has been very helpful for us sales managers. It provides valuable information about our clients and prospects and gives us clearer insight into their existing setup. The UI is good, the integrations seem solid, I haven’t noticed any performance issues, and the AI is excellent. I am sure if there are any issues, the support team is just seconds away.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Crossbeam. It seems like a very promising application, and it’s been really helpful for sales. Pricing can be better.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpful for getting cross-sell insights and for collaborating with vendors to break into an account and prospect effectively. Earlier, it used to take a lot of time to understand the customer environment; now that information is just a click away.

 ### 31. A Great Way to Jump-Start Partnerships and Identify Key Accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

It takes all the guesswork out of partnership account mapping. Instead of messy spreadsheets and manual account mapping, it gives us a clean, up to data view of where we overlap with partners and which accounts we should go after together. Plus clear reporting to show exactly how those partners are impacting revenue.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I don’t have major issues with Crossbeam, but a few things can be annoying. It really depends on clean CRM data (ours and our partners’), so bad data = bad overlaps. Some partners also find the setup and terminology a bit confusing, so there’s extra hand holding. And the UI could be more intuitive and flexible, especially when you want to bring in custom or non-standard data.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam is basically fixing the “black box” in our partner ecosystem. Before, we were guessing where we overlapped with partners, juggling spreadsheets, and struggling to prove which partners actually moved revenue. With Crossbeam we can clearly see shared customers and prospects, automate account mapping, and track partner-sourced and influenced deals. This means our reps know exactly which accounts to work with which partners, we spend far less time on manual coordination, and we have hard data to show which partnerships are driving pipeline, win rates, and bigger deals.

 ### 32. Constant Product Releases and Exceptional Support from Crossbeam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has an amazingly consistent product release schedule, and they’re constantly iterating and improving the product to make it better. What I really appreciate most, though, is the support and account management teams. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Crossbeam has been ready and willing to go above and beyond expectations—especially our AM, Marcello.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam’s methodology is intentionally simple, which is ideal, and the service levels are very high. I also appreciate that new features are being released constantly. That said, I find that users can be apprehensive about really pushing partners to adopt Crossbeam because they don’t know where to start. There are great insights available, but there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how to get the most out of the tool. New tools like Deal Navigator, as well as the AI integrations via MSP servers, should resolve that issue.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam solves the problem of having little to no visibility into which partner accounts overlap (or are greenfield) and how naming conventions can be inconsistent across lists. It also helps us cut down on the number of spreadsheets being passed around by providing a single, universally visible place to view shared lists, work from the same source of truth, and mine mutual overlaps for opportunities.

 ### 33. What is this? 2003?! Stop with the spreadsheets!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The ease of direct account mapping, the accuracy of non-bolean errors, the convenience of automated alerts and notifications and the efficiency and scale of direct CRM (Salesforce) integration. My colleagues and partners are convinced that I'm on a vesting schedule with Crossbeam but alas, no, I just know how manual and antiquated partner ecosystem mapping can be without Crossbeam. Crossbeam access is a daily activity, second only to my calendar. Once we get the full implementation completed, I anticipate usage to increase tremendously across the organization, which I hear is a rather simple process with loads of customer support.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The lack of a mobile app. Sometimes I can get away with using my Chrome browser but a native Android or iOS app would be a great help.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partners who sync with us on Crossbeam get first dibs on open opportunities where we overlap, this would have to otherwise happen by memory and random chance. That's not very scalable.

 ### 34. Solid partner platform with more depth than most teams will use on day 1

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The account mapping and partner overlap functionality is genuinely useful. We're on the Supernode plan and the ability to quickly identify where our accounts overlap with our partners' has changed how we approach co-marketing and partner-driven campaigns. We sync Crossbeam data directly into HubSpot, which means the partner overlap insights aren't siloed in yet another tool — they're right where our sales and marketing teams actually work.

I've completed a couple of Crossbeam certifications through the Academy, and the training content is solid. It's well-structured, interactive, and actually helps you get more out of the platform rather than just checking a box.

The CRM integration is seamless, and the network effect of 30,000+ companies makes it easy to connect with partners and start mapping quickly.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The export limits can be a pain point. We've had to keep a close eye on our usage throughout the year to make sure we don't burn through our allotment before renewal. Some kind of better visibility or pacing tool around exports would go a long way.

The data permission and sharing settings can also get a little complex to navigate — especially when you're onboarding a partner who isn't particularly technical or doesn't have a RevOps person on their side. A smoother guided setup for less technical partners could help.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the biggest value for us has been account and rep mapping — just being able to see at a glance who's in our accounts, where partner overlap exists, and using that for partner alignment conversations. Before Crossbeam that was spreadsheets and back-and-forth emails, so having it in one place is a real improvement.

I'll be transparent: we have a long way to go in terms of getting the most out of the tool. There's a lot of potential and opportunity in the platform that we haven't fully tapped into yet — co-selling workflows, deeper ABM integration, more sophisticated ecosystem plays. That's less a knock on Crossbeam and more a reflection of where we are in our adoption as an organization. The platform offers more than we're currently taking advantage of, which I think says something about the depth of the product. It's become a go-to tool for understanding our partner ecosystem, and I feel the ceiling for what we could do with it is high.

 ### 35. Intuitive Slack & Chrome Integration With Helpful SFDC Copilot and Strong Deal Navigator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Strategic Business Development Mgr., Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The Slack integration and Chrome extension are intuitive and fit naturally into my existing workflows. I like how it stays up to date with our CRMs, and the Copilot widget in SFDC is especially helpful. Pricing and ROI are great, and I’ve never run into any performance issues. The Deal navigator dashboard is also a strong feature and makes it easier to stay on top of deals.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Please make reporting easier to export and update. I’m not sure what the best filters and columns are, and the data feels a bit clunky to work with right away.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uncover opportunities across mutual customers, as well as shared opportunities throughout our partner ecosystem.

 ### 36. Amazing Support, Smarter UI and AI Integrations for Easier SAP Uploads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo G. | Global Partner Program Manager, DCP Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Being able to share important information and connect with other companies has been really helpful as I build a GTM strategy. The latest UI updates make it easier to navigate and find what I need, and the integration with SAP tools simplifies uploading information. The new AI integrations also improve how I use the product and help ensure I’m getting the right information. On top of that, the support has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

My experience has been great so far, so I don't have anything to share in this field.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IDK

 ### 37. Trustworthy, Confidential Partner Collaboration That Powers Co-Selling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham C. | Head of Growth, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam gives me the ability to collaborate with partners in a trustworthy and confidential way, allowing me to better co-sell and co-service new business opportunities as well as existing customers.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There are times when I find it challenging to access multi-party information directly inside of Crossbeam; however, given the CRM integration, I'm still able to find this information pretty easily.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically, when engaging with new partners, it was challenging to try to find overlapping customers to find use cases as well as potential co-marketing or co-selling opportunities. Now that I have access to Crossbeam, it's much easier for us to identify opportunities to work with new and existing partners.

 ### 38. Instant, Accurate Partner Data Access That’s Indispensable for Alliances Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Strategic Alliances Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Instant access to partner data to triangulate and account map quickly, accurately, and confidently. This is an indispensable tool to me and my day-to-day operations, and should be for any other partner/alliances manager out there.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Some of the work I need to do requires me to export data and work inside a spreadsheet, which is counterintuitive to the platform. It does not happen all of the time, but it's an extra step in the process when it does.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account mapping, account assignment, partner triangulation. It allows me to work in real time and not have multiple separate conversations that I need to keep track of.

 ### 39. Crossbeam Adds Value Across the Entire Partnership Lifecycle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is a great tool to use throughout the entire partnership life cycle. It adds value from the recruitment phase—helping qualify a partnership in or out—all the way through to continuously unlocking new opportunities to collaborate with partners across each territory.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I’d like to see it influence more of the bigger players in the SaaS industry to adopt it. Right now, some key companies still haven’t joined the community, so the value can sometimes feel limited to a selection of best-of-breed players.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drop the spreadsheet madness and secure data in a way that stays safe for every organization collaborating in the tool, while also boosting productivity and making it easier to identify valuable opportunities to collaborate across the partner community.

 ### 40. Great for Partner Account Mapping, but HubSpot Integration Limits Full In-App Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph M. | Partner Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is great for account mapping and for working with my partners to uncover hidden GTM opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

This isn’t so much an actual product-related issue with Crossbeam itself, but we do run into some limitations because of our integration with HubSpot. Since the data doesn’t flow both ways, we still end up relying on a lot of Excel sheets. It would be better if we could fully use everything within Crossbeam, although that may be on our side.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unlocking GTM overlaps across our partners.

 ### 41. Crossbeam Makes Partner Discovery and AI Sales Plays Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer V. | Sr Account Executive , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is one of the easiest tools for finding partners within a specific account, seeing when a customer last purchased something with them, and using that data to develop AI Sales Plays.

It makes selling much easier when contact information and sales plays are right at your fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I haven’t found anything I wasn’t pleased with.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a partner-first organization, this tool is very easy to use within SFDC, and I no longer have to keep track of every partner account in a spreadsheet. It keeps all the information and usable data in one place, right where I already work every day.

 ### 42. Easily Identifies the Best Partner Fit for Target Accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya A. | Head of partnership, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

I can easily see which partner is the best fit for a target account.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The search engine could be better. It would be helpful to have a built-in bot that can guide us to the right results.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISV and referral partner pipeline, including which partners have onboarded which customers, along with the corresponding dates. The roi is better when the onboarded date for the partner is listed. Salesforce integration helps opp level comparison for my rep to inc partners

 ### 43. Crossbeam Makes Account Mapping Easy with Powerful Dashboards and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill I. | Partner Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

I love that Crossbeam takes the manual work out of account mapping! It's so easy to view dashboards and pull reporting that correlates with partner initiatives.

The best thing about Crossbeam though is the team! They respond in a timely manner and are always there to address any questions that come up to utilize the system more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There's a lot of information that can live in Crossbeam, this is a great thing but can sometimes be difficult on knowing where to start.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us align and leverage partners in our ecosystem to speed up sales cycles.

 ### 44. Account Mapping Insights That Help Sales Win More in Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

I love the account mapping as this is a great conversation starter for reconnection conversations with old and new. I also appreciate the insight it gives our sales team within Salesforce to help drive closer win rates with their open opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I haven't drilled down onto specifics of a dislike. I feel we are trying to utilize it more as a team given majority of the team is new so I am sure more 'dislikes' will arise as newer members share their fresh eyes on the platform.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple partners who have a strong overlap with our business so this solves who certain prospects or customers are utilizing to solve their needs. It build collaboration and relationships with other -solutions our ICPs are looking to solve. It allows us to provide stickier solutions!

 ### 45. Easy Filtering Makes Partner Opportunity Mapping Straightforward

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | Senior Growth Partner Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The data display is easy to filter and use, which makes it straightforward to map opportunities across partners.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

In my case, as part of a big company, I receive all the requests across my organization rather than only the ones assigned to me. Because of that, I get a lot of notifications, and sometimes it’s hard to find a specific request among hundreds.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me identify quick wins easily, so we can stay focused on ROI.

 ### 46. Crossbeam Makes Partner Data Actionable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha E. | Sr. Field Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam makes data actionable. We can run specific plays to tap into our partners’ install bases and win new logos together. It’s simple to set up, and it continues syncing CRM fields over time, which helps us customize reporting.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I dislike that attribution can’t be handled through an upload or synced from the automations we already have in our CRM, based on the partner field on the opportunity. While attribution can be added manually, doing that across all of our opportunity data is extremely time-consuming.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam helps us prioritize target accounts within our partners’ customer base and identify which partner reps to work with for renewals that are on partner paper. It saves us time by making it easier to find the right contacts to connect with when we’re processing renewal paperwork for the customer.

 ### 47. Crossbeam Accelerates Partner Co-Selling with Clear Overlap Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam is a great tool to help me accelerate the process of finding joint opportunities with my partners. Not only am I able to see joint interest in open opportunities or prospects, but I am able to see our joint customers which builds that better together story.

I also love the ability to search a brand and understand which of my partners are connected to it!

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The only painpoint I can think of at the moment is the offline partner uploads can sometimes be difficult when trying to see the various customer/opportunity/prospect overlaps. I think this could be cleaned up a bit to be more explicit about how to properly configure.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am compensated on net new pipeline. Crossbeam is essential for me in working with my partners to find opportunities.

 ### 48. Easy Co-Sell Insights with Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan M. | VP of Channel Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam makes it easy to identify co-sell opportunities in our partner community! It integrates nicely with Salesforce and we receive timely response to support and training requests. The grid layout and configurable data sharing rules brings it all together.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

We haven’t found a way to automatically update our SalesForce records with partner and tech stack details. The only option we’ve identified so far is a SalesForce plugin, but it isn’t reportable within SalesForce. This creates manual export/import gymnastics.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam provides great transparency into partner overlaps and accelerates co-sell opportunities.

 ### 49. Clean UI, Easy to Use, and Integrations That Make Work Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Head of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Ease of use, a clean UI/UX, solid integrations, and overall it just makes my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

I don’t really see any downsides. If anything, the pricing and packaging can be limiting, and as you scale they may constrain how much you’re able to get out of the platform.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam addresses the “black box” challenge in partner ecosystems by securely overlapping your CRM data with your partners’ data to surface shared prospects and customers. This makes it easier to identify and prioritize high-impact co-selling opportunities, all without compromising data privacy.

 ### 50. Uncovering Overlap Opportunities That Boost Our Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will C. | Partner Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

My partners and I have been able to find a lot of opportunities through the overlaps, which helps us generate more pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

It can be a little slow to load sometimes and it's not as user friendly as I would like it to be. Creating a list is a little confusing and having to track that down can be a little time consuming.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not to sure about this as I'm not aware of any problems they are currently solving. I just don't have enough insight to make a statement.
