I love that I no longer have to take substantial amount of time out of my day to review calls. Rather than just looking at a sample size, I am able to review 100% of my agents calls. The plug and play was so seamless that it really didnt require anything from our IT team. The team at Creovai that we have been able to work with has just been amazing. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to build out the things you would like to use such as dashboards or the phrasing for certain things to trigger when searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use with a minimal learning curve. The ability to precisely locate segments of calls through the accurate AI transcripts can not be understated in how handy it is. Having sensitive data automatically omitted by the AI is also fantastic and saves a lot of time and worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The returned results for calls can be very visually cluttered, and there are no options to customise how the returned results appear. For a different job role, having all of the information available on a certain call can be helpful, but for my role I just need to see the agent name and number. Used the software for over a year and have been really aware of the improvements. Specially with the most recent update were calls are sumarized. It would be awesome to have access to the new features offered by Creovai but unfortunately getting access to those features requires additional funds. Making improvements and aquiring another company is great to supplement Tethr, it shouldn't require additional purchases to be made to get access to those features. As an insight analyst for a large energy company, I need to efficiently and quickly locate phone calls with specific criteria for my insights. Creovai (formerly Tethr) excels in this area by allowing me to fine-tune search criteria beyond the standard agent, name, date, and type of call. I can search for key specific words and have those calls transcribed in real-time. The ability to save and continually update my personal search dashboards has made my workflow significantly more efficient compared to previous products I've used. When I first accessed the tool, I had no instructions yet found it easy to navigate. The more I use Creovai, the more I appreciate its capabilities. The only drawback I’ve encountered with the tool is its automatic removal of what it interprets as personal information. Since part of my role involves verifying that correct addresses and phone numbers were provided, this feature limits my ability to use the tool for that purpose.
