There are some technical areas that Saba Cloud doesn't offer when partnering with off the shelf vendors that we have used. Different connector capabilities didn't seem to be ready at the time we needed to use SSO for our learners for one particular vendor. Also, it is very click heavy, it would be wonderful to have key stroke shortcuts as well as a different method to select dates in a different way than the calendar box. Saba/Cornerstone is going in heavily on the learning side, somewhat to the detriment of talent modules. Most of the upgrades/new releases are almost exclusively learning, with very few impactful improvements to the talent tools. They need to focus more on the talent side of the tool to maintain customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only positive I can muster is the ability to schedule deliveries of data out of the system, which is a positive because the Analytics is slow, cumbersome, and poor. All business insights you will glean from the system will be found outside of the system. It is difficult for managers to see who completed a course or needs to complete it. The interface is awful, constantly moving you into different object types and making it very difficult to understand where your courses, certifications, classes, content, etc... is, or what structure they are going to take in the end.

The support for this system boils down to a community site where other users teach you, poorly, how to use the system.

Every object type has dozens of settings you will need to flip every time you create something and there is too much opportunity for error.
