What do you like best about Copilot?

The recaps of calls with pain points and next steps broken out is incredibly valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

The AI isn't always perfect but it's always improving and perfection shouldn't be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

Voice-cues: Copilot’s voice-based content suggestions feature is amazing. Other sales enablement platforms make reps go and find relevant content in their platform. Copilot suggests content to you in real-time, based on conversational cues. For example, if a prospect mentions the name of one of our competitors, Copilot will bring up our competitive battle card for that competitor in real-time.

Proactive enablement: Basically, going from a passive enablement solution to Copilot - an enablement solution that is proactive about suggesting relevant content - is an absolute game changer.

Easy to set up and use: Copilot is also *really* intuitive and easy to use as a sales rep. Unlike some other sales enablement platforms, which take me out of my workflow, Copilot is designed to deliver content as a part of my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

Nothing, really. It's a solution that we have been getting day one value from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

The ability to pull up content - talking points, one pagers, case studies, competitive information - side by side with my notes that can link with Salesforce.

This has been particularly helpful as I get onboarded in a new industry. My company is a learning platform for pharmaceutical companies. I don’t have previous experience with pharma, so Copilot has been really helpful in reinforcing pharma industry specific content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

Not much. I don't have anything that I would change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

I can access content (product information, competitive battle cards, technical information etc.) very easily within Copilot.

Note taking is super easy within the Copilot desktop app too. So I can easily access content [see above] side by side with where I’m taking notes during a call, and all the notes sync to Salesforce.

I find Copilot a lot easier to use than any other content management system or wiki out there (I’ve used Guru previously, for example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

Not much.

*What problems is Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

High quality discovery in conversations with prospects.

Speaking accurately about technical terms in our industry

Context: I sell a financial services product to biotech companies. There is a lot of specific nuance I need to be aware of - about the tax code, specific financial disclosure forms, etc. Copilot helps me speak precisely about these technical details so I appear well-informed and can win the trust of our prospects and customers. What do you like best about Copilot?

I use Copilot to store and easily access:

- Case studies: Summaries of my go to case studies and customer stories

- Discovery questions: Persona-specific questions that I refer to on my customer conversations

- Competitive battle cards: I store my trap questions and competitive discovery questions in Copilot

What I like best about Copilot is how easy it is to access my case studies/discovery questions/competitive battle cards in the Copilot app

One neat feature that Copilot has is “Expandable Sections”. This allows me to structure my discovery questions for specific customer scenarios into sections. Then, depending on what scenario comes up, I can double click on the appropriate section and remind myself of appropriate questions and talking points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

My company does not currently create content in Copilot. As a consequence, the content I personally create in Copilot sometimes goes out of date with my company’s CMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

I can create knowledge documents (e.g., discovery checklists, account-specific information) side by side with where I take notes within the Copilot application.

It is super easy to access content as an account executive and it’s a very natural part of my workflow when I’m in conversation with a customer or a prospect by being able to pull up account data right next to my ongoing notes in one platform.

The UI is also super intuitive and clean Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

This isn’t Copilot’s fault, but my company currently uses a different system to store and manage our content. I’d rather our company’s content (documentation, competitive battle cards, product information, marketing collateral etc.) be managed in Copilot because it’s so easy for me to bring up - I’d be much more likely to access and use it.

But today, I’m forced to take the content I frequently use from the company CMS and put some of it in the Copilot CMS so it’s easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
