We record and transcribe customer conversations, use GPT-4 to extract topics, themes and insights that are tailored to your sales process and methodology (MEDDIC/BANT, etc.), and fill out your CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot) with a summary of those insights. Copilot helps with: (a) Handoffs across the sales funnel: SDR to AE to CSM (plus other customer-facing roles: solutions engineers, onboarding and implementation teams, etc). What do you like best about Copilot?

It saves me time: Copilot automatically transcribes my sales calls, and then it generates a summary of the call in just a few minutes. This saves me hours of time each week that I would otherwise spend listening to and transcribing calls myself.

It helps me stay organized: Copilot organizes all of my call summaries in a central location, so I can easily find the information I need. I also love the slack integration.

It helps me understand our prospects better: Copilot's summaries are very detailed, and they provide me with a deep understanding of our prospects' needs and pain points. What do you like best about Copilot?

CoPilot does a great job of summarizing external calls and surfacing action items! This tool makes sending recaps a breeze and gives me a ton of time back in my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

Sometimes CoPilot has a hard time differentiating between important call details and chitchat, but this is more prevalent on internal call recordings where the goals of the call are less clear. Even still, CoPilot is helpful in summarizing those calls as well. I will say, CoPilot may not be quite ready as a resource for people who were *not* on the call, as it occasionally will miss critical items if they are only mentioned briefly. It has been a considerable time saver leveraging your solution. What do you like best about Copilot?

For me, Copilot helps me to stay on top of my follow-ups and action items after meeting with clients. Shortly after a call is finished, I have a really powerful summary of the meeting, clear & actionable next steps, and important insights into my clients pain points they discussed during the meeting directly in Slack that I can reference and take action on. On top of this, I am able to reference specific moments in the meeting and easily listen to a snippet of the call to get even more information if I want to.

The setup for Copilot was incredibly easy. I was setup within 5 minutes by linking to our call recording platform and also integrating with Slack for easy notifications.

On the web application, I can see an extremely detailed summary of the call broken into key questions & topics that were addressed, such as "What were the main points and challenges faced by the customer". These kinds of questions are essentially my note-taking being done for me!! Incredibly valuable for me and saves me a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

To me, Copilot is solving 3 problems that are benefiting my daily process:

The first is the summaries of the meetings I am having. This saves me TONS of time on follow-up emails, note-taking, next steps, and general topics that are covered on calls.

Secondly, it is reducing the time I spend reviewing calls. I rarely need to reference a specific section of a call to follow up on what was discussed as I can just simply take advantage of the summary & next steps. Also, because it integrates into tools I use daily, it is bringing those insights directly into where I already work with no friction

Lastly, in the Knowledge Hub, I can get different types of summaries or views of the meetings. This is really powerful for me and allows me to get different levels of insights for different styles of calls. I can get a summary breakdown based on the questions or topics discussed, or I can get an extremely thorough breakdown of the entire conversation, or I can get a couple of quick paragraphs and the key next steps. This is hugely valuable for my follow-ups to clients after meetings.

I've been able to dramatically reduce the amount of time I spend writing follow-ups and also the time between a meeting and sending a follow-up, because Copilot handles almost everything for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

Voice-based content suggestions are great, especially for onboarding new reps who may not know our product that well. Copilot suggests content based on what the customer says - e.g., brings up integration information for product X if someone asks “do you integrate with product X?” Adoption has also been strong, with my reps using Copilot every day to prep for and do great discovery on their calls. There are a lot of sales solutions out there, but I’ve found Copilot to be really well-received by our reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot has been integral to the launch and sale of our new SaaS product. Copilot helps my reps do better discovery because they can easily access tailored talk tracks and questions within the Copiilot desktop app.

What do you like best about Copilot?

Case Studies, Competitive Battle Cards and other content are really easy to find and access in Copilot. Note taking and updating Salesforce fields is super easy within the Copilot desktop app too.

The best part of Copilot is how I can have the content and the note taking side by side with each other. For example, I can have my list of MEDDIC questions for a specific persona on the right hand side of the Copilot app. As the prospect gives me answers to those MEDDIC Questions, I can fill out the appropriate MEDDIC fields which sync automatically with Salesforce on the left hand side of the Copilot app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?
