Product Description

Contentstack™ is the leader in Headless CMS. Contentstack accelerates and simplifies content management across today's and tomorrow's digital channels, including web, mobile and IoT. The award-winning technology has been recognized by analysts as the future of digital, omnichannel content management.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Unlike legacy CMS offerings, Contentstack was built from the ground up for a world with multiple channels – print, web, mobile, IoT, AR and VR – any type of data source! Unlike other “headless CMS” offerings, the Contentstack team and technology have over a decade of proven success powering content for the world’s leading brands.

Contentstack is 100% based in the cloud, massively scalable and unique in the way it separates code from content. Business users gain the ability to publish content without code, and developers are liberated from mundane tasks (like fixing typos), instead focusing on creating exciting new experiences across both traditional and emerging digital channels! If Adobe, WordPress, and Drupal were the default CMS of the past, Contentstack is the winning CMS of the Future.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

The possibility to schedule changes allows the workflow to be smoother. As a user-friendly platform, I can quickly create content that can be used in a lot of pages. I can easily find any doubt in the contenstack articles or through the customer support. It's very easy to integrate and implement new features comparing with our previous tool, for example payment methods, review system, external partners. I use it very frequently everyday and am glad to have a platform that doesn't break all the time or slow-CS has been a great improvement in my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

Contentstack doesn't allow you to select unlimited entries to add to a release, it doesn't have several type of accesses (just content editor and admin). At the moment we cannot use images from other scopes, which increases the amount of images in our assets. The search bar of ContentStack is also a bit weird-we cannot save our searches and when solving errors it's hard sometimes to know which is the issue in CS (doesn't tell you exactly which part is wrong) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

ContentStack is reducing the time I spend on executional tasks and allows me to be more efficient in my decisions, since I don't have to worry about feasibility of implementing a new feature/tool.

Also, we can improve conversion of our website through the possibility to speed up integrations with external tools-payment methods, review systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

- It is user friendly ( e.g intuitive to create, duplicate and publish content)

- It is possible to integrate with GetYourGuide other tools for Localisation for scaling

- Our engineers has found a way for bulk upload to save time to upload content at scale to enable content migration and turn content stack a place to host all of our content

- Can easily roll back to previous versions to fix some issues due to unintentional changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

- Sometimes we still miss some fields to Localization and I think it is better if Content if can flag missing fields in integration with other tools

- Lack of a learning/ training hub that we can refer new joiners to so that they can learn Content Stack themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hosting all of our content in 1 place and integrate with our product and different tools or system to ensure a smooth working collaboration in the content production process ( copy --> localization --> CRM --> Website) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

I have used many CMSs as a website editor, and Contentstack does a great job of offering flexibility while not being too complicated to learn. I use Contentstack every day for multiple different websites and have had to train employees how to use Contentstack. overall it is pretty intuitive. When I do run into problems, the Contentstack support team is friendly and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

Currently, my only problem with the CMS is that there is a lack of contrast between fields while building a page. If I am working on a page while many accordions, it is easy to get lost in the stack if I have too many open at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contentstack solves the problem of needing a CMS that can support complex web design while also being easy to use for content editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

ContentStack is easy to navigate. Details are organized and labeled accordingly. Our team uses the app on a daily basis to implement changes on our websites. There are also features that help facilitate these changes such as scheduling and staging, which make things easier as we no longer have to rely solely on our testing environment to see how our changes would look like. My team is also able to provide feedback and get customer support from time-to-time, especially when we encounter challenges with using the app. Overall, even if it has been less than a year since we've launched our website using ContentStack, it was easier to integrate into our daily processes than we initially expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

I hope ContentStack gives us more freedom to edit labels per categories and shift layers (e.g. nav menu items and sub-links) so that we can easily integrate terminologies that are specific to our organization. Also, I wish that the interface someday makes it easier for teams to collaborate on projects. What happens is that sometimes, scheduled events are overwritten if other team members are trying to change a different dimension in the site. Hopefully, the application becomes easier to collaborate in and that it would be strategized upon for this vision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

ContentStack is easier to navigate compared to our previous content management system. This gives us back time that we could use on other projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

Changes are super easy to make and you can personalize your page as much as you want. The interface is super user-friendly. I use it on a daily basis with my team. They can be autonomous even if they have no programation skills, which is great added-value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

The fact when you change the name of a picture after having uploaded it, if you search for this new name, it is not taking it into account. Only the first name of an image can be used in the search field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, we were using a very old software that required programming skills. It preveneted us from having the whole team working on the website. Contentstack is completely solving this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
