it is professionally built, the possibility of making mistakes in its use is minimised. Furthermore, I am impressed by the fast customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since the frequency of use is not limited to a few times a week, we should work on making the integration easier. Each save takes at least 10 minutes and writing an article is too laborious for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI allows me easily amending the content. Also appreciate the flexibility for the technical team to include what parts of amendment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is not that friendly that allows me to find the section that I want. A bit messy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contentstack has a very intuitive and easy to use UI which allows me to get my work done in a timely manner. The layout of features is easy to navigate and allows for efficient configuration, definition and implementation across all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across much that I dislike about Contentstack. Some of the documentation seems to go out of date and may need to be refreshed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each section when editing is made clear to prevent any mistakes when creating and amending web pages. Hyperlinking a website within text is made easy and references make it clear when amending a page after some time. I use ContentStack for work on a daily basis and am satisfied with its functionality and easy use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative thing I have found is that when creating a new document page it only has the option to add an existing document. You need to save and come out of the new page in order to add a new document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, very well documented API, overal flexibility with languages and environments. Customer support is relatively quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certain links not being able to open in a new tab (e.g. when selecting a stack). Reusing some content model pieces within the same content type - there's no way to copy paste them and using global fields is unnecessary/has its own limits (such as being unable to use a global field + some other fields in a modular block). Nice and easy to understand interface and good way to manage assets, and entries. The CMS also shows the different versions published. Good CS support too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I cannot drop the documents and upload them at the same time. I have to add the documents one at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Making changes to our site with Contentstack is incredibly straightforward, allowing for quick updates to key pages and assets. The level of customization within the platform was overwhelming at first, but after spending some time in their "Academy", using the platform was a breeze. My entire team is using CS on the daily, and one of the biggest advantages is that even team members without programming skills can work independently with minimal support from our IT team. The seemingly limitless customization options within the platform can be overwhelming for those not familiar with working with a headless CMS. It can be pretty easy to get lost in the details with so many possibilities, which can slow down decision-making and implementation. For teams that don't have a clear strategy for their website, the flexibility might lead to inconsistency in content management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
