The "stacks" achitecture works well for the most part - its good to be able to clearly separate app content and assign permissions accordingly to each squad of developers.

Bundling content into a release is extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A headless cloud CMS allows us to concentrate on leveraging the best from the content platform without maintaining infrastructure, serving content as we need to and segmenting it into our various app areas whilst also maintaining shared items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way the pages are laid out can take some getting use to. Initially it was hard to understand what page and content I was working on because there are multiple pages and content that nest within each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

The possibility to schedule changes allows the workflow to be smoother. As a user-friendly platform, I can quickly create content that can be used in a lot of pages. I can easily find any doubt in the contenstack articles or through the customer support. It's very easy to integrate and implement new features comparing with our previous tool, for example payment methods, review system, external partners. I use it very frequently everyday and am glad to have a platform that doesn't break all the time or slow-CS has been a great improvement in my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

Contentstack doesn't allow you to select unlimited entries to add to a release, it doesn't have several type of accesses (just content editor and admin). At the moment we cannot use images from other scopes, which increases the amount of images in our assets. The search bar of ContentStack is also a bit weird-we cannot save our searches and when solving errors it's hard sometimes to know which is the issue in CS (doesn't tell you exactly which part is wrong) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

ContentStack is reducing the time I spend on executional tasks and allows me to be more efficient in my decisions, since I don't have to worry about feasibility of implementing a new feature/tool.

Also, we can improve conversion of our website through the possibility to speed up integrations with external tools-payment methods, review systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contentstack?

- It is user friendly ( e.g intuitive to create, duplicate and publish content)

- It is possible to integrate with GetYourGuide other tools for Localisation for scaling

- Our engineers has found a way for bulk upload to save time to upload content at scale to enable content migration and turn content stack a place to host all of our content

- Can easily roll back to previous versions to fix some issues due to unintentional changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentstack?

- Sometimes we still miss some fields to Localization and I think it is better if Content if can flag missing fields in integration with other tools

- Lack of a learning/ training hub that we can refer new joiners to so that they can learn Content Stack themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hosting all of our content in 1 place and integrate with our product and different tools or system to ensure a smooth working collaboration in the content production process ( copy --> localization --> CRM --> Website) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
