The platform is easy to use, even without prior knowledge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite the platform being easy to use, it takes some time to fully understand the logic behind. However, after a while, it is easy and fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contentstack is highly customizable and flexible, making it easy to create unique templates without any limitations. The interface is quite intuitive, allowing for a smooth user experience. Its robust search ability and solid system for managing assets streamline content management. Additionally, Contentstack accommodates various workflows effectively and serves as a robust and flexible headless CMS. When it comes to customer support, I haven't had the need to contact them, which I consider a positive thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Editing existing content in complex templates, which include numerous blocks, sections, sub-sections, and nested elements, can become cumbersome and confusing. Moreover, the CMS can be rather slow at times, particularly when displaying lists, which affects overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a straightforward software and easy to figure out. The Ease of Integration with Other E-commerce Software makes it very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe one thing I can mention is that because it is very easy to use at the same time it is vulnerable to risk data removal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CS is easier to use than other CMS, you can see your changes automatically on the website and you have the oppportunity to use a test enviroment before send your changes to production. Multiples option of integration with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to have the option to see where will impact my changes on the website. The only option we have is with a title or description, should be good to have a printscreen as option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The "stacks" achitecture works well for the most part - its good to be able to clearly separate app content and assign permissions accordingly to each squad of developers.
Bundling content into a release is extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Content Editors used to a traditional CMS with a hierarchical structure have found it difficult to adjust to how content is organised/displayed in CS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use with simple point and click functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way the pages are laid out can take some getting use to. Initially it was hard to understand what page and content I was working on because there are multiple pages and content that nest within each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What impresses me the most about Contentstack is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. The ease of creating and managing content collaboratively is exceptional. Additionally, it's API-first approach allows seamless integration with others systems and provides a truly flexible and efficient development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While my overall experience with Contentstack is very positive, I would like to see improvements in the area of documentation and technical support. Sometimes, finding specific resources or resolving issues can take longer than desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, UI, ease of integration and depth of features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The content editor and preview function is lacking and I tend to use a third party and paste in the copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The possibility to schedule changes allows the workflow to be smoother. As a user-friendly platform, I can quickly create content that can be used in a lot of pages. I can easily find any doubt in the contenstack articles or through the customer support. It's very easy to integrate and implement new features comparing with our previous tool, for example payment methods, review system, external partners. I use it very frequently everyday and am glad to have a platform that doesn't break all the time or slow-CS has been a great improvement in my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Contentstack doesn't allow you to select unlimited entries to add to a release, it doesn't have several type of accesses (just content editor and admin). At the moment we cannot use images from other scopes, which increases the amount of images in our assets. The search bar of ContentStack is also a bit weird-we cannot save our searches and when solving errors it's hard sometimes to know which is the issue in CS (doesn't tell you exactly which part is wrong) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- It is user friendly ( e.g intuitive to create, duplicate and publish content)
- It is possible to integrate with GetYourGuide other tools for Localisation for scaling
- Our engineers has found a way for bulk upload to save time to upload content at scale to enable content migration and turn content stack a place to host all of our content
- Can easily roll back to previous versions to fix some issues due to unintentional changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Sometimes we still miss some fields to Localization and I think it is better if Content if can flag missing fields in integration with other tools
- Lack of a learning/ training hub that we can refer new joiners to so that they can learn Content Stack themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
