Wish we could customise the email blast layout a little further, with more layout options etc. Also, sometimes if i change images on my campaign draft, it freezes the window and doesnt allow me to move it again, so i have to go back to the home page. The platform is easy to navigate and really easy for someone who is new to the newsletter or event world. It is a great entry level program. I have not used other platforms, so I do not have a comparison, but I have enjoyed the flexibility of constant contact and all the different focuses, events, emails, social, websites, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can only use 1 email address per entry. That is extremely limiting when you change your mind and want to register someone else or change your registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Constant Contact is pretty easy to use and user-friendly. Working at a school, it would be better for us to have all of our contacts and emails in the same system, but education software isn't always great for emails, so we use it externally, and it works for the most part. Like with most systems, you don't have complete control over email design and structuring. You have to work within their parameters for specific design elements.
